I didn’t realize the chair/stool abandoned in my mother’s basement for the past 50 years was this! I may have to retrieve & repurpose it now! Thank you for the info 😊
I was always perplexed by the chairs with the steps fixed underneath. The seat flips up! I had no idea. I still have the step stool from when I was a tyke with swing out steps. Besides some gentle wear, it's as good as the day it was made. That's quality construction. Not disposable tin garbage.

Absolutely! I have a vintage Costco stool that is still sturdy and is a big help around the house.
