I remember as a toddler being bathed from head to toe by my mother. She would soap up the washcloth then wash my body from top to bottom. Then rinse and sometimes repeat. Eventually I had to bathe myself and I just copied what she did. I taught my daughter the same way. I feel bad for ppl who were never taught how to clean their bodies properly. UA-cam is a great place for information.

You remind me of a younger version of the incredible woman who helped me deliver my baby… when every other nurse said c-section, she said nope…. She’s having this baby naturally. And I still to this day commend her as I wanted a natural delivery. Keep being amazing!❤
Good for you for advocating for yourself, your baby, and your birth plan in the first place! It’s always difficult for one to stand up for themselves when medical professionals are trying to convince them to goes against their own instincts, wishes, etc. (esp in the context of pregnancy) but it’s so important, and sometimes a lifesaving issue. 🫶
@@Snow_Whyte I didn’t even have a birth plan! I knew in my soul I wanted to experience a natural delivery. My first plan was no epidural but the hubs convinced me immediately bc I was in excruciating pain and he hated seeing me in that state. And she said I was having it naturally because she could already see he was coming out very soon. So that’s why I commend that doctor, I trusted she could deliver my baby safely. even though she had no clue it was what I intentionally wanted in the first place. If it had to come down to c section for my baby to make it, so be it ofcourse. But that doctor made my original mental plan happen w no outside opinions… shes a boss for that. 🙌 ❤️
Every female from puberty up should watch this video. I am an old lady who has learned most of this over my lifetime, but it would have been sooooo much easier had I known it when I was young. Thank you for your informative videos.
Young girls really need this education too. I'd just leave out talk of sperm hahaha but with my girls I've always tried to use the proper names, explain why we wash ourselves certain ways, and things like that. Now that my oldest asks questions like "when you have your bleeding, how do you not have blood everywhere all the time?"
This is the galaxy's GREATEST Family Doctor!!! I actually work in a Family Medicine Clinic with a teaching practice so I have multitudes of experience watching physicians with their patients. The patients frequently share their personal feelings about their own doctors with me. Dr. Adedeji makes me wish she was my doctor or my daughter's doctor or my daughter... anything to be in the presence of her knowledge and wisdom. Thank you for taking the time to share information that most of our own family doctors do not take the time to explain to us sometimes because we may not even know how to ask the correct question. I hope one day the creators of UA-cam recognize your international contributions to healthcare through this medium. Much success.

She is so intelligent, smart, kind, well-spoken and beautiful! My mother was born in 1950, a minority woman of color, poor, broken family, abused in every sense of the word by family and mates, only went to 8th grade, looked down on most of her life but a voracious reader. This is the exact way she taught me how to bathe my genital area. I have a very vivid memory of her explaining to me what she was doing as she bathed me and explaining in simple terms why it was important. "Always use your hand, not a cloth, they can harbor bacteria." As the years went on, explaining that douches are bad for your gyno health. I am so grateful for my mother's simple yet practical advice over the years. How is this not common knowledge for women everywhere?? Oh, well, thank you for this gentle video and spreading the message. Beautiful woman!

@@colettejaques2559 It’s not that simple. I work with many women who use bath and body works soaps and wonder why they smell. They don’t know how to properly clean that area because they didn’t have a mother or she didn’t know either. Please be kind in your understanding. Not everyone was raised the same.
It's okay but I feel like it's missing a lot of important details that are very relevant for the many variations that exist out there. It also isn't distinguishing between cleaning various parts which also matters nor does it bring up that how you approach washing me depend on recent activities and your individual physiology. My concern is people who do not fall into the generic form that's being described will be concerned that something's wrong with themselves or be ashamed of themselves or even hurt themselves which is kind of a bummer. So I do think this is invaluable as a starting point for sure.
As a OB-GYN nurse, I appreciate this video more than you know. I always say I wish I could share this info with more women than just my patients; and you/your channel are doing that…and very well I might add!!! Thank you!!
I asked her a question that she has not replied to yet. So maybe you can answer it for me 😁 My boyfriend and I have a lot of sex which my boyfriends in the past and I had a lot of sex as well, but their sperm never changed the smell of my vagina, but for some reason my boyfriend now does. A lot of times it just makes my natural smell smell a lot stronger, but sometimes it makes me smell fishy without having BV. I’ve googled what it could be and all I could find was that sperm has a lower ph where we have a higher ph (or the opposite lol). So people (companies) have started selling boric acid suppositories which say they’ll balance out your ph. When I use them I do notice that a smell doesn’t start like it always does which is nice. It doesn’t burn, itch, turn red, or get irritated in any way. I did have BV recently though due to my boyfriend not listening to me during anal to not stick his penis back in my vagina, but he didn’t listen. So I talked to my primary about using boric acid, but all he said was he’s never heard of that and gave me a funny look like I was crazy for using it. Any advice about it would be greatly appreciated 😁 Thank you

I think every female remembers their first period; it's awkward but strangely a point of pride. I shower twice daily when it's that time of the month. Sometimes three.
I know, all the photos we normally see are ads or social media and the real things women have are airbrushed out. I'm almost 60. My body looks like a road map. I don't like it but my partner doesn't seem to see those lines and veins and such as unattractive so I try not to look except to see that my skin is healthy. Lucky me, he doesn't mind hair on my legs and elsewhere really so being somewhat disabled, it saves me worrying about it. I've even gone to the pool early mornings to swim. Guys are hairy, it's natural so if someone dislikes it they don't have to look. Ha! Live your best live young one. You are beautiful and unique.

I'm 55 & never new or taught how. My mom was very old school she never told me about my period or anything else what the area was for. I thank God for a family friend that went to school with my older brother. I Loved her so much she was the big sister I never had. She earned her wings 9/25/21 after a battle of COVID.
I used to always hear women say stop using scented soaps down there because it contributes to causing odor but didn't understand. My vulva would always have this unwanted smell and I had no clue that the scented soaps were causing it until I went a week using unscented. The smell stopped so I then realized that the whole time I was trying to fight the odor by using things that were actually causing it ultimately creating this bad cycle. I am no longer ashamed when my husband puts his head down there and it feels darn good!!
Thank you for videos like this. There are a lot of people, young and old who don’t know how to do a lot of basic things, and are too embarrassed to ask.
As a labor and delivery RN, I’ve been surprised by some of our younger generation and their lack of knowledge in this area. I’ve always tried to be sensitive but informative when addressing the vaginal area either pre or post delivery. Thank you for your very informative video.
Part of the problem is that the older generation (Boomers) treated this like taboo, and also thought douching and washing the vaginal canal with soap was normal and necessary. I spent my whole childhood and adolencense washing inside the vaginal opening with soap. I have now taught my daughters different. As we learn more, hopefully you will see more young women knowing their bodies
@@queleene84 I am a Boomer, I disagree with your generalization. I never tried to wash my vagina! How would you even do that??? I grew up in a heavily religious household and was not close to my mum at the time. These things weren't really talked about. I am 72 and I have known these things my entire life. My mother was wonderful in teaching me everything. She would draw pictures, explain things, and would encourage me to ask question without embarrassment. I came to fine out that my friends mothers NEVER told them anything. I was shocked! I remember consoling a friend and explaining what was happening to her when she started her period. She honestly thought she was dying of some horrible sickness. Her mom nor her older sisters ever told her a thing. This was in my sixth grade of school. So here I was an 11 year old explaining what her period was and what was happening to her body. Yes I praise God for the mother I had that took the time to help me understand my body. Also as a strict Christian, she also explained why sex was wrong before marriage. 😮….No Comment. 😂😂😂

For anyone struggling with reaccuring BV or yeast infections this is what helped me: -as much cotton in your underwear as possible (I try and go for 100% cotton) -period cups or resuable cloth pads (if that`s not for you change your period products more often than recommended if possible) -washing with the gentlest soap you can find (I have some lovely babysoap but be warned babysoap often has perfume too) -no underwear at home/while sleeping if possible (go for baggy pyjama pants) -don`t shave at all or shave as little as possible (trimming works well for me) -if you notice ichiness and there is no infection then it is probably dryness (my gynecologist recommended a fat based cream that keeps moisture in the skin and it acts like a barrier to the outside while still being breathable apparently, it is formulated for use in intimate areas) -if neccessary talk about products that help the PH in the vagina (I don`t need them anymore since I changed how I handle my products and care on the outside) -be kind to yourself (stress can lead to problems at least for me, you got this

@@florencembah2626 thank you for your kind words! I try to help wherever I can, especially with topics that some people view as taboo. The more we talk about it the less scary and weird it gets so we can help each other to feel comfy in our skin instead of ashamed for bodily functions.
@@barboramercineryova8401 I do have some light one use cotton pads without plastic, I guess anion pads are similar? @@Hopischwopi I'd recommend trying no soap. You don't really need it and you don't want to wash away too much bacteria because that's what keeps the yeast in check. Potential irritation from soap just isn't worth it when you don't really want it completely remove 100% of what's down there anyway. I can understand if you have particular biological features that you may need to use a little bit of soap. I am a little worried that this video seemed to not acknowledge the variations and also for some reason is equating the vulva with hands. I'm not a doctor I'm a biologist but I have concerns that the ecology of the body is not being accounted for along with the extremely high variation in this part of the body in this video. So just so everyone's aware, the map that's shown does not reflect the only possible normal. If at all possible try to check with women in your family of what's normal for them because boy does that vulva area vary a lot.
The diagram made me realize I'm part of the 45% of women😳, sad that we are only taught of the internal parts and not the external😞. Thank you Dr Simi for making me realize this❤️😊

Retired RN and grandmother here; thank you again Dr. for a well presented thoughtful video about routine health maintenance of the vulva and vagina. My first discussion with an OB/GYN about a clean environment for the vulva & vagina was in over 50 years ago. His Nurse watched me undress and "tut-tutted" about my nylon panties. I was instructed to do two things: "wear cotton panties -- or nothing!" (his exact words, lol) and to trim any pubic hair that was long enough to potentially touch my anal area, (which makes sense - avoid bacterial contamination) I've never heard a doctor address the issue of trimming pubic hair since, but the doctor I saw then was old enough to be my grandfather. He was very kind and professional, too. I think those elder physicians knew more than they receive credit. I made the appointment to address a problem. I noticed he collected a sample of vaginal discharge on a slide and immediately examined it under his microscope there in the room. He diagnosed me right then. I thought readers would appreciate how doctors personally viewed specimens in the examination rooms "in the old days."

I'm so thankful to be a Namibian child, because we are taught more about this things at school and this helps those that aren't taught by their parents at home... Thank you again Dr for verifying this information...🎉
When you get older the skin oils increase so you may need to go through the washing process more than once. Good job researching and learning about how your body works and maintenance. God bless, young lady
I recommend you get a mirror n get to know your body so you know exactly what and where you're cleaning. There's nothing wrong with you learning about your body, so don't be ashamed. God bless 🙏
Yes the corrupt that run society ... does not want women recognizing their true goddessness, their inner beauty, their glory, and creative healing powers. They wanted that suppressed for a long time... the more empowered you are with yourself, the more faith and intuition and trust you have in yourself❤
Just SO messed UP to hear that modern moms are failing so bad. Mine even showed us how to duche, and insert tampons. 😢 They are SUPPOSED to teach us these things.
What are your thoughts on feminine wash products? I just came across your channel. As an older woman, I have to say it is refreshing to see a Dr. speaking honest and treating women with respect. Teaching people about their bodies is so important & giving us a safe forum to ask questions and learn without shame. I've always preferred going to a female gynecologist.
I am turning 22 this month and there are still lot of things left to learn about my body and how to properly take care of it. I haven't had much of a problem with my current shower routine but I will definitely switch to unscented soap, as I actually have quite a sensitive skin as it is. Thanks so much for these videos!
You are doing better than a woman I knew, in college, for sure! I felt so bad for her. She didn’t want to have a roommate because of her very obvious vaginal odor. She tried not to take classes with the same people in it. She saw me in a 2nd class she registered for and left. I was never mean to her. She saw me at a bookstore and ran away. She stayed in another class I was in because the teacher blamed the odor on the classroom being by the river. She always sat by the riverside window. I knew her roommate, is how I know she tried to apply for a single room. I was trying to think how I could slip some pamphlets from my clinic into her school bag, but decided she might think it was a mean joke and didn’t. I hope she talked to a doctor. What if she did and has a rare condition? Later, I did find out there’s a disease where the whole body smells of fish. If she has that, why not tell people, since it registered as a personal odor to everyone. Maybe she had terrible social anxiety, anyway. I heard that is treatable now and vaginal odor is too, as most know. I hope someone in the medical field helped her! Today, she could have just taken online classes, but how isolating! I still wonder how she is doing.
Great instructional video. I am also a trained physician and it never ceases to amaze me how taboo the subject of feminine hygiene is among the majority of the population. Imagine if, the moment we are born, we were given one new car that needed to last us for the rest of our life. We would most certainly benefit by reading the owner's manual and thoroughly familiarizing ourself with all aspects of it's maintenance. As women, of all ages, should we not become as familiar and thoroughly educated about our own bodies? Again, thank you Doctor. I'm certain this video was very enlightening to all who had questions and concerns about the hygiene and function of the female sex organs. Also, glycerin soap (Pears) and Ivory soap are, in my opinion, good choices for sensitive areas.
Hi Gwyn! Thank you for your comment! I love the analogy. Hopefully we can start a conversation and break down some of these barriers surrounding the discussion of feminine hygiene and how our bodies function. And thank you for sharing your opinions on the above hygiene options!
Super video Dr. Simi, perfectly explained and obviously needed by (some of) the younger (and some of the older) generations. What puzzles me is that while 'Relationships, sex and health' educations are taught at Primary and Secondary schools here in the U.K. why are they missing out on this very important part of health education? Thank you for such a clear concise explanation and stating that talking about normal functions such as this should never be embarrassing. That said I still get embarrassed after many years on this planet if I have to visit my G.P. and talk about 'personal' things😊
Thank goodness someone finally laid everything out step by step, clearly and precisely. I've always been confused by the conflicting information. Thank you Dr. Simi
I wash my vulva with lukewarm water and my hands for a few months by now and it works really well, but I sometimes use unscented soap too. And since I started doing I've felt very comfortable.
Thanks for your sensible advice. But also, Ladies, don’t ignore itching of the vulva. Years after menopause I had intense itching of the vulva off and on which I basically ignored and didn’t report to my GYN until years later. She immediately examined it and did a biopsy. I have a condition called lichen sclerosus which can cause structural changes and loss of tissue of the vulva and if untreated can lead to cancer of the vulva. LS can be treated with a strong steroid ointment and if used regularly, like once a week, significantly decreases the risk of vulva cancer. Also because of the LS I started using a non-soap soap in that area and it worked well for years. But then I started having burning pain near the urethra. I’m very dry due to my age and I take an anti-estrogen drug for breast cancer. My gyn examined it and couldn’t find a problem but she recommended I just use water and that helped. No more burning. You can stay feeling clean by using a perineal bottle a few times in between showers.
I also have LS. Not enough info is available and waited 3 years before diagnosis. Part of the problem was that symptoms occurred just at the start of quarantine and I thought it was post menopausal in nature, so I waited and suffered nearly a year before mentioning it to my dermatologist. I hope more doctors will bring this up to discussion, especially on YT, and help teach more women about this unknown autoimmune disease.
@@cm_mb Agree. Most women are not even aware of it. And GYNs don’t routinely examine the vulva and sometimes the itching can come and go so you don’t think to report it. My mother was a maternity nurse and I was very well read about medical things and was taken completely by surprise by this condition. Just thankful it hadn’t progressed to cancer.
@ellenh6004 for me it's under control, but unfortunately has progressed to other parts of my body: lower back, just below one arm pit, and under one breast. They're all less than the size of a quarter and not itching, but have started applying Triamcinolone to control it from spreading.
I was diagnosed with LS about 25 years ago. At that time I told my mother I had it and she told me she was diagnosed with it 10 years before me. We had the same symptoms. She eventually passed away with cancer of the vulva, vagina, and rectum. It is very important to consult your gynecologist and treat the condition. It does not go away, but the symptoms can controlled with regular treatment. I am glad to know that I am not alone, as it is a rare disease and it is important to share support.
Every time I've ever been to a gynecologists' office, they have aways told me to just use a warm wet wash cloth with no cleanser/soap to wash the area... However, I have always felt that never actually gets it clean. So I have gone to used an unscented gentle soap from Summer's Eve soap with my hands. I find that works the best. So thank you for actually recommending using a soap with your hands. I always felt this has worked the best.
This was excellent. I think you should do a version for post menopausal women. The whole world of femaleness changes after menopause. Whole Foods has a great French bar of soap that is non fragranced. Thank you for a great tutorial.
Thank you. I can’t believe you take your time and knowledge to help us FREE of charge. I’m raising a preteen and I want her to to know the things I didn’t.❤
Makes absolute sense. After menopause or treatment for an illness, such as breast cancer when all estrogen is cut off, it's super important to treat your private parts with care. Another option for "cleaning" the area, is a Loofa puff, using moisturizing body wash (no actual soap, which is drying) & lightly going over the EXTERNAL areas - pubic hair area & just external labia. Internal labia only with the hands, like you said. Spot on! Would you agree with this? Prior to this I had several vaginal infections. Drs put me on a slew of antibiotics for odor & discharge. I realized this created a worse situation. I did some research & purchased boric acid suppositories for the vagina.. At the first sign of odor & colored discharge, I use just one of these. Voila! Next day, no odor, no discharge. I've been using them for years & haven't had an "infection" in over a decade! It seems an imbalance in the ph was the real problem. Would you agree with this? Thank u 🥰
can you talk about pubic hair? i hear many people (women and men) saying how hair is unhealthy or dirty and not shaving is bad hygiene. id love to see a video from you with some answers ! anyone else?😭
Actually pubic hairs helps to protect our vaginas. It stops bacteria to come inside of our vagina. And when you shave/wax it's easier for bacteria to come inside. That's what I learned at school.
Keeping It 100. Most women shave their hair because ITS GRAY. or it's nappy and rolled -up, like taco meat. They LIE about it being for hygiene reasons. Most women with nicer hair don't care, because the person they interact with, loves hair and all
What a brilliant topic from a black female doctor. So informative for everyone to learn from..Never knew there's a difference with the female area. Thank you.
Can you provide information on what happens to the Vagina when a woman is perimenapause or going through the menopause? Another area that needs to be addressed! Can't understand why this is a Taboo subject.
I knew there's differences, but what they were was a mystery. So glad for this video, if my Mum knew she would've told me, she was very open with me, what she knew i was taught. I lost her in my teen years. PIEP Mum. I picked up the good and bad from others.

Omg!!!!! Thank you for saying "wash your new underwear before wearing them". It's gross if you don't!!! My friends thought I was weird for doing so!!! I knew I wasn't Cray Cray lol
Wash all your new bras & panties & spanks before wearing. A friend of mine got a chemical burn from a new, unwashed bra. Her doctor told her that chemicals are sprayed on items to keep them for mildewing on the trip from China or whatever overseas country it was manufactured. Ever since, I've been washing all underwear and new bed sheets.
It’s great to know that I am cleaning correctly. I use the Cetaphil deep cleansing soap on this area, it’s un-scented and has few ingredients. I never have a problem with dryness or infections.
Phenomenal!! I’m a senior & never heard this. So on point. Will definitely share with my family & friends. Please also introduce to some & clarify for others the difference between Gynecology & Urogynecology. Who to use when & why. Forever thankful & grateful! 👏🏾 👏🏾

It's okay but I feel like it's missing a lot of important details that are very relevant for the many variations that exist out there. It also isn't distinguishing between cleaning various parts which also matters nor does it bring up that how you approach washing me depend on recent activities and your individual physiology. My concern is people who do not fall into the generic form that's being described will be concerned that something's wrong with themselves or be ashamed of themselves or even hurt themselves which is kind of a bummer.

Party is good when it's smells very good
Part of the problem is that the older generation (Boomers) treated this like taboo, and also thought douching and washing the vaginal canal with soap was normal and necessary. I spent my whole childhood and adolencense washing inside the vaginal opening with soap. I have now taught my daughters different. As we learn more, hopefully you will see more young women knowing their bodies
This is so true.....I use soap but I don't really know which soap to use
Thanks you so much for this
Mama taught me well ❤❤❤❤❤❤
That's true as a mother of five I feel I have seen too much lack of proper hygiene especially during pregnancy and delivery
@@queleene84 I am a Boomer,
I disagree with your generalization.
I never tried to wash my vagina!
How would you even do that???
Of course all external body parts are cleansed, just like the good Doctor here recommends.
Perhaps you mean douching?
I think my Mothers generation used that because they were told to by the medical community, pre-pill douching was also a haphazard method of birth control.
Using the little doll to demonstrate the proper washing steps was both hilarious & absolutely adorable 😂💙💙 Thank you for sharing such important information & using grace, tact, creativity & care in your overall delivery of the information 💙💙

This video needs to be taught in all schools and communities. You don't realize how many young women (or old women) aren't educated enough about their hygeine. Many parents don't educate enough because it's a difficult conversation for most. Thank you for taking your time to educate all of us.
People need to use their common sense and read" BOOKS"😂😂
And its not the teachers responsibility to teach girls to wash their pussy, imagine a male teacher disgussing feminine issues with a teenager 🤢 There are plenty of books out there to learn about the female reproductive system and the brain to use common sense . 🙄

I grew up in a heavily religious household and was not close to my mum at the time. These things weren't really talked about. I noticed that. A great addition on a medical health channel to show a realistic body.
Well go on then, what did she say?
During these hot summer days i found that i had to wash more carefully, i experienced itchyness . I used vaseline during this time. I was at Walmart and i asked the pharmasist he recommended Vagisil.
I did not buy it because i felt that it is probably too strong for me. My itchness disappeared within 2 to 3 days.
@@denisebiely5998 64 here and have kept a routine of cleansing the area much as doctor describes. I have (still, thank God) a wonderful mom, but she was not quite as open as your’s. She did, however, teach me several things and never attached shame to the reproductive areas. And my parents and religion made clear that sex outside of marriage was wrong, and I still believe that. As the Bible says, one is actually harming oneself (and others as well really), by such things. Like a loving parent, our Father wants to inform us of things that can hurt us, but may appeal to us. Adultery, unwanted pregnancies, VD, emotional anguish and more can be avoided by listening to good advice. Thank you for your courageous and refreshing comments all around. 😊

How do you maintain vulval health and hygiene? Do you use water alone, water and soap, fragranced or unfragranced products? Have you run into any issues? Let's have an open discussion.
45% of women couldn’t label their vagina on a diagram. I believe that it is important for us all to understand our body parts, and be aware of any changes so we can look after our health. This includes being familiar with the correct terminologies, not being ashamed to use them and knowing how to maintain good vulval and vaginal health and hygiene.

For anyone struggling with reaccuring BV or yeast infections this is what helped me:
-as much cotton in your underwear as possible (I try and go for 100% cotton)
-period cups or resuable cloth pads (if that`s not for you change your period products more often than recommended if possible)
-washing with the gentlest soap you can find (I have some lovely babysoap but be warned babysoap often has perfume too)
-no underwear at home/while sleeping if possible (go for baggy pyjama pants)
-don`t shave at all or shave as little as possible (trimming works well for me)
-if you notice ichiness and there is no infection then it is probably dryness (my gynecologist recommended a fat based cream that keeps moisture in the skin and it acts like a barrier to the outside while still being breathable apparently, it is formulated for use in intimate areas)
-if neccessary talk about products that help the PH in the vagina (I don`t need them anymore since I changed how I handle my products and care on the outside)
-be kind to yourself (stress can lead to problems at least for me, you got this
Thanks, you are lifesaver
Cannot recommend anion pads enough. If you don't wanna go for a menstrual cup or reusable pads, they work wonders. They're slightly more expensive but so worth it!
I use them when I wear skirts or dresses in summer because with only underwear the reuseable pads kinda slide around which isn't fun. Still searching for thin shorts I can wear under skirts but they are all either too long in the legs or they go above my belly button which is not ideal for summer either.

I was instructed to do two things: "wear cotton panties -- or nothing!"
(his exact words, lol) and to trim any pubic hair that was long enough to potentially touch my anal area, (which makes sense - avoid bacterial contamination)
I've never heard a doctor address the issue of trimming pubic hair since, but the doctor I saw then was old enough to be my grandfather.
Merino wool underwear is good as well :)
Yes to wool, and Silk is good too, both breathable and natural.

@@DrSimiAdedeji hi. I find using unscented baby wash and water is enough for the vulva and pubic area. Very gentle and smell clean.
Simi
Hi is shaveing cream safe to use
Use the bottle wash between showers? If showering every day that should handle it.?
💯 🎯 it's different after menopause 👍
Dr Simi needs to be protected at all cost. A world treasure.❤
Thank u 🥰
dove fragrance free bar soap for sensitive skin has been my go-to for years! I dont have sensitive skin but this is the only soap I trust down there
I second this!
Yes!!!!
Yup!!!!
I agree.😊
It’s also PH balanced
can you talk about pubic hair? i hear many people (women and men) saying how hair is unhealthy or dirty and not shaving is bad hygiene. id love to see a video from you with some answers ! anyone else?😭
same.
She has another video about it already. You should be able to search and find it
@@inherbeautyrising do you know the name? i cant find it :/
Actually pubic hairs helps to protect our vaginas.
Thank you.
You’re welcome!
I’m so glad you clarified fragrance free and unscented. I’m shocked lately at just how strong peoples CLOTHING smells from their laundry detergent /dryer sheets. It’s incredible. Suggest you mention clean underwear washed without fragrance !
Thank you so much for this video! I'm a 22 years old woman watching from Mexico and I always had this particular concern but honestly... Most information is very vague (both in english and Spanish) so thank you for being "explicit" while explaining!
Hi Jenn! So pleased to have you watching all the way in Mexico! Thank you for such a lovely comment! I'm really pleased that you found the video helpful!
This video should be shown to EVERYONE lol. So informative and confirmed what I thought was the right way. Love the Barbie. Glad I don't have acrylic nails 😂😂😂
Thank you for such a lovely comment! Glad you loved Barbie in her cameo role! 😊
Lol! No you're not "cray cray" at all! 😂
I always wash ALL my clothes before wearing them, I thought trust was the norm when I was younger
Girllll people tell me I was weird for that too and I’m like I can’t be the ONLY woman who lives by this rule
I wash anything before it touches me. You never know what it's been through before you bought it. Chemicals, dyes, hands, other people....
I like this doctor. She is straightforward and factual. Very informative. Thank you.
It’s great to know that I am cleaning correctly. I use the Cetaphil deep cleansing soap on this area, it’s un-scented and has few ingredients. I never have a problem with dryness or infections.
I will look into that!
I believe there is a class action lawsuit on that product
@@pamk5620 For falsely advertising as an eczema treatment product. Not necessarily for causing vaginal issues.
Phenomenal!! I’m a senior & never heard this. So on point. Will definitely share with my family & friends. Please also introduce to some & clarify for others the difference between Gynecology & Urogynecology. Who to use when & why. Forever thankful & grateful! 👏🏾 👏🏾
I honestly appreciate these videos cause I think men need to see this too incase they are single fathers and need to know about this kind of stuff for their children’s safety and I love how you explain it and give actual details
I love my fragrance free sensitive dove soap that isn't soap - especially having sensitive skin prone to eczema! So gentle and so clean! I have talked excessively about it with my daughter so she is aware - all of us ladies need to talk more and not worry about embarrassment! ❤
