You don’t know how much you’ve helped me.. I jsut wish talking about stuff like this was more normalized. I hate the embarrassing feeling. This isn’t embarrassing. So we need parents to be able to talk to their daughters about these things.. I didn’t have anyone to help me when I was experiencing some of these things in the video. It only made me grow up to feel embarrassed and to scared to ask.
I can relate 100%. I was boarding in my secondary school days. I used to have this episodes every now and then yet no body to talk to and u can't tell the nurse at the school clinic because they will say that ure a lesbian and will report u to the house mistress.
I just recovered from it and two main remedies where icy cold water and blue seal Vaseline after the cold rise twice a day. It really helped me after 3 days. The painful skin irritation and itching has gone.

I am dealing with this now and I'm 66 years old. I had no discharge. The symptoms of this yeast infection also spread to both thighs and above. And the itching? OMG, it was beyond belief. Actually, this worked, the itchy feeling i used to get was reduced yet i'm still having the infection.

After taking antibiotics, this always happens to me and they give you more antibiotics which is a bad thing, but wow, you’re doing the antibiotics the best thing to take to keep from getting this is drinking, cranberry juice and eating yogurt
Hi, I’m not a Dr but eating plain yogurt helps. Also you can put 2 spoons of plain yogurt on a sanitary towel and after you bathe you can put the sanitary towel on this will help balance out your bacteria. Try this for about 3 to 4 days. It helps me a lot, let me know how it goes
I have tried these types of creams before and they always stop working. They work at the start so definitely worth trying. I now use proskin candida which is a liquid instead of a cream and it can be applied all around the area and inside. So that's handy. Really cooling and itch relieving and worked better for me than all of the creams put together! This was recommended to me by a friend of mine who is a nurse and some of her colleagues were also using it with success. No longer get thrush infections these days and I apply this once per week 'just in case'.

You don’t know how much you’ve helped me.. I jsut wish talking about stuff like this was more normalized. I hate the embarrassing feeling. This isn’t embarrassing. So we need parents to be able to talk to their daughters about these things.. I didn’t have anyone to help me when I was experiencing some of these things in the video. It only made me grow up to feel embarrassed and to scared to ask.
I can relate 100%. I was boarding in my secondary school days. I used to have this episodes every now and then yet no body to talk to and u can't tell the nurse at the school clinic because they will say that ure a lesbian and will report u to the house mistress.

But I'm in the process of healing and I would like to recommend some things I followed :
1. Drink Plenty and plenty of water...it will help you flush it out...
2. Avoid allll the food that contain yeast
3. Reduce or better avoid goods that have high sugar level...as they actually are feeding the yeast bacteria...
4. Regularly bath
(Don't touch your vagina to itch it with dirty hands too...)

I am dealing with this now and I'm 66 years old. I had no discharge. The symptoms of this yeast infection also spread to both thighs and above. And the itching? OMG, it was beyond belief. And I did not want to go to the doctor so I tried to "cure" it myself. I tried everything to relieve the awful itching. I lasted a month and a half and then HAD to go to the doctor. @@annierosecastro7082 look, i visited a doctor recently, she advised to rinse with salty water, and then use the toilet paper to dry the area and then use "Dermox" which is an ointment she prescribed to me ( to be used 2 times a day).
Actually, this worked, the itchy feeling i used to get was reduced yet i'm still having the infection.
This is just exactly how I have being feeling for some couple of weeks now.

I'm so glad I understand what my body is doing and what is normal, thank you this is the first time I've ever had this
I have tried these types of creams before and they always stop working. They work at the start so definitely worth trying. I now use proskin candida which is a liquid instead of a cream and it can be applied all around the area and inside. So that's handy. Really cooling and itch relieving and worked better for me than all of the creams put together! This was recommended to me by a friend of mine who is a nurse and some of her colleagues were also using it with success. No longer get thrush infections these days and I apply this once per week 'just in case'.
