- In this video I will be doing an inaudible whisper ear to ear style as I give you a tour of my home. I also speak about the importance of home ownership. I hear so many financial gurus today saying not to buy a home and it is bad advice for most people. I understand it could work for a select few but for the masses, home ownership is an important part of life and that message needs to be given. Thank you for watching. I hope this is relaxing and interesting for you.

Thank you, bekky! It's a good life. I reflect back on all the things I had to do to get here. I remember when I was younger thinking that this day would never come but I never quit. I just kept going and now, I'm here and it is wonderful. Thank you for being here with me now and supporting me. It makes life even better for me!

I think you would be surprised how quickly you will grow with more consistent uploads. Thank you, Sylvia! Yes it is quite different now. It is noisy during the day as the construction is going on but at least they are not building at night. I am not looking forward to them being finished because then people will move in and I am nervous about what kind of neighbors I might get. For now, I am just hoping for the best. Glad you like my home and wish you were closer too so you could visit!

Yeah there are places in America like California and New York along with others that would put a home like this out of reach for me. The middle of America is such a great place to be. Life is affordable. We don't have the ocean but I think its over rated anyway. I like the safety and security of the midwest!

They are strange creatures. He's actually eaten some of that support structure. They are majestic but they are also moderately destructive!
I feel like buying property makes sense anywhere but NYC tbh, like the home prices, nsurance and property taxes is so crazy here that most people dont have the chance to buy a house
For sure. Even I couldn't own a home in NYC. Rent is crazy there too.

Glad I found you here, great videos! Love your Land Cruiser (I had an older one, loved it minus the mileage), love the relationship you have with your pups. Adored mine and feel like a nut bc after losing them, I just can't go through that again. At any rate, enjoy your videos. Keep up the good work.
I had a 1995 Land Cruiser and gave it to my brother when it had 250k on it. They are amazing vehicles! I do love my pups and know the feeling of losing them. It is brutal. Took me 8 months to get over my last one that I lost but I broke down and got my new baby Pearl and I am sooooo glad I did. She is amazing. There are so many unwanted dogs in the world and they need people like us. I hope you will find your way back to having them. This "Last Will and Testament" helps me stay engaged.

@@cafeconana they are pack animals by nature but when they get old like biggie they really do like their solitude. He still has me and the doggies to keep him company during the day.

I never knew there was a sound benefit to a split level home. I don't have much noise here so likely thats why I never found that out! Glad to learn something new today!

In regards to my channel break - my mid-20s was hectic and I was going through a lot of life changes and lost interest in making videos for a while. Now that I am in a better place I have the motivation and enthusiasm to start back up. :) I have been watching your videos for a few months now and there have been numerous times that I have dozed off to your whisper. So relaxing! :)

Wish I could copy a picture here to you so you could see what I'm talking about. Anyway, I like boxwoods for sure and might find a place for some. I just yesterday planted two new blue spruce pines and two norwegian pines.

I suppose "living large" depends on who you compare me to. My home is not that big and I didn't pay a lot of money for it but I made it nicer than it was over my years of ownership and it has certainly increased in value over what I paid for it. I hope the video didn't come across as bragging. I just had so many people ask for it that I felt obligated to do it.

Thank you Thingma! I decided not to have carpet because its so much easier to clean all the animal hair up. I'm not allergic but I my very first job when I was young after working at a restaurant was as a carpet cleaner. After I was done cleaning homes, we would go back to the shop and empty the dirty water tanks and it was just amazing what came out of carpet. I started having the thought then that I likely wouldn't have it in my home because of the things that I seen. Even some carpet that you didn't think looked bad, when the tanks were drained looked bad. Maybe if ever there is a day I don't have animals, I will have it in my bedrooms or something but as long as I have animals. There are times I miss carpet like when my feet get cold in the morning...lol....but overall I'm glad I don't have it right now. I will tell Biggie (the horse) tomorrow that you said he is cute!
Gorgeous home! I think most people dont own not because they don't want to, but because down payments require the ability to have $50grand in cash on hand or more, which requires savings, and with most jobs even with 10 years experience you can never dream of saving that much. Maybe by 50 we'll be able to own, but in this economy, it's not looking good.
People spread that $50k around like it is what you have to have. The truth is most the people I help buy homes are saving between 3 and 5 percent of the price of the home. So if they are buying a $300,000 home, it only takes $15,000 or less down payment. Still a lot to save but just don't want you to lose sight of your dream because you have been told a lie about the required down payment.

I like the way they look but can't believe they put a 4cylinder motor in it. Mine is a V8. The vehicle is way too big for a 4 cylinder. I worry that motor will work way too hard and will not last near as long as the bigger motors. I understand all manufacturers are trying to comply with climate mandates. Its really sad.

I'm going to say this as respectfully as I can.... probably for the best you and your girlfriend didn't pan out. The difference in lifestyle was immediately apparent. I'm like you man. Couldn't live with a woman with so many clothes and didn't have things tidy. Might as well live with a frat guy at that point 😂 Respectfully, of course....

It is growing but it's slow. Right now counting my 6 channel members that are paying $5 a month to support me, it shows I will make $71 this month. In 2022, my total amount from this channel was $514. So, at this rate, I will double that this year. It is not a good return on my time investment but I hope that in time, it will keep getting better. Appreciate the question and I do get more than money from this. Having all of you encourage and support me are the things that money can't buy.
