I was a flight attendant for 20 years. Over 130 countries under my belt. I had to fly on other airlines to get to the flights I would be working. We were not allowed to use certain airlines to commute. Frontier was one of them as well as Aeroflot. So that kinda tells you something. And yes, if it is a mechanical delay the airline owes you hotel, meals and transportation plus anything else you had to pay to get to your destination or for toiletries, etc.

Flying out Frontier now. Absolutely horrific. A bunch of delays and no customer service. It's like they plan for flights an hour before they are supposed to happen.
I endured a 10 hour delay with Frontier a few years ago, it was supposed to be a 1 hr flight from atlanta to cincy. Unless tickets are outrageous, I absolutely refuse to fly with them ever again.
@Frances Marshall we got a bunch of credit, but they're a bunch of snakes and the credits expired a couple months later. I forget the exact compensation but the whole experience was shit. This was also mid-2010s
It's a 7 hour drive from Atlanta to Cincy. Why not rent a car and drive home than sit in an airport for 10 hours? It baffles me the way people will surrender countless hours of their lives waiting to get on that plane. The sunken cost fallacy in full operation.

They must hate Cincinnati. My grandson and I was stranded in the Las Vegas airport for 24 hrs. Or would have been. I coughed up $600 to Delta just to get us home by 6 a.m. Awful experience. I’ll never use them again.
Hi! We Always book flights and hotels with American Express, they fight for you when anything goes wrong! Just put it in the card and then have 30 days to pay it all back, but the amount of real protection and reimbursement they give you for free is amazing with flights, hotels, car rentals, and even with daily purchases. Always use them. They could step in when the companies say No to reimbursement or compensation! Love your channel! ❤️
I've flown Frontier a few times, and it is bad. Ppl talk about spirit, but at least spirit tells u about fees and everything up front. I've seen so many people recently say that frontier has told them carry-ons are too big even though they are smaller than the size they have listed on the website, making them pay for extra checked bags. They don't tell you that if your flight has a connecting flight you need to go get your checked bag and recheck it. I've noticed a lot of this after we got told locally that our airport was trying to make airlines change policies for making families pay extra to have kids sit with their traveling adults. a couple years ago they didn't have all these extra fees
@@JohnSmith-er7dw yup. But what gets me is at least make sure that information is correctly provided to the people flying ahead of time. If the information on the website is wrong update it or let them get a pass if they are in the old measurements limits.

Stick with the big airlines, you travel so much. You should have frequent flyer perks, if you don't have them, you will soon. Get your credit card to get you miles too. Frequent flyers get offered better (free) hotels for these delays
Yes, their customer service is HORRIBLE. I had a similar situation with them last year and Im telling everyone I know do NOT fly with them. My daughter didnt listen to me and she learned the hard way. Her experience was worse than mine. Her flight was cancelled and there was nobody at the Frontier counter. She had to find a flight on her own at the airport and deal with the worst customer service.
Dude we just got back from Florida after the hurricane and just felt lucky that our flight wasn’t delayed or cancelled… until we got to the airport the lines were so long the workers were so clearly overworked and took it out on the customers. The airline needs to treat their workers better.
Or... The airline workers need to grow a pair and stop needing be coddled. If you do t like doing customer service, then dont get a customer service job. Being a callous asshole is a choice
My daughter and I had a horrible experience with Frontier last April. I even posted about our experience and they didn’t even offer an apology. A few days later I messaged them because my daughter and I tested positive for Covid. They didn’t care about that either… horrible customer service!
Of course they don't care about the COVID. Can you prove you caught COVID from the Frontier Airlines-related part of your trip? No. Not saying flying with Frontier is great, but you could have gotten COVID anywhere at all during the timeframe of your flight.
One of the downsides of flying budget airlines (and I am someone who loves Spirit) is that many of them don't have interline agreements with other airlines so if you get stuck they can't just put you on a different carrier. Some years back (I think it was 2008) American Eagle had to ground all of their flights on short notice on a weekday because of TSA orders and many people were stuck. I almost got stuck in Chicago where my layover was but thankfully they were able to get me another carrier (I think it was Us AIr but not quote me) and on the way home they once again put me on a different airline US Airways. Carriers like Southwest, Spirit, and Frontier do not have such agreements with other carriers so if they can't take you they can't help you get their with a carrier that can (this is part of what contributed to holiday meltdown at Southwest. Yes there were other issues but if they had an interline agreement they could have at least gotten some passengers to their destinations with different carriers. My poor sister spent two days trying to get to the east coast from Colorado)
Frontier my shit thou. Cheap af! It's like catching a ride with a co worker. I flown them to Philly last week flight there was smooth af! On time, no turbulence no noise. On The Way Back Bitch.. the weather was so bad here in Florida we couldn't land in Ft Lauderdale. The plane flew around the Bahamas for 2hrs until it needed gas so we landed at Maimi Int. I had a headache but the Prices Bih! Im back on in less than 2wks. Back to Philly
While I 100% agree, it's actually in their claws that because they are a budget airline they do not have to. Apparently, it's an "add on" or whatever they call it on regular flights...perk? 😵💫🤦
@@83lulube misinformation. You are entitled by law for up to 400% of the ticket if beyond 4hr delay in the form of cash, hotel, food or any other compensation. Their contract can say whatever the fuck they want but the DOT rules all.
We once loved Frontier and preferred it... and then... we got covid in the heart of the pandemic and had to cancel and reschedule our trip. We were told Covid was no excuse for canceling which meant they were promoting pasengers with a deadly illness during a pandemic to travel or lose their money. We literally had to send them our personal medical records to get our money back in the form of a voucher after filing a formal complaint. I'm not even sure that's legal for them to require personal medical records. During that time, the government was supplementing the airlines from income loss due to covid so Frontier was double dipping from customers, the government and then reselling seats at the last minute. After we used our voucher, we haven't flown Frontier since.
Even worse is Flair. I was booked Ft Lauderdale to Toronto last January. No one at gate, no aircraft, no assistance. Aircraft was delayed, without notice, to next day. No hotel, no meals. No nothing. I quickly booked Air Canada. NO compensation from Flair. NO refund. SCREW them. I will NEVER fly Flair again. CROOKS.
I have also heard the horror stories about Spirit yet I had a wonderful experience with them. I was going to Vegas right before the pandemic and on the return flight we had to reschedule due to an issue with the plane. There wouldn't be another flight till the next morning and I was stressed out. The day before I pulled my hamstring and walking was extremely painful. Spirit comped me a room and gave me a food voucher on top of a wheel chair. I was so relieved, it didn't cost me a dime and I got a massage in my room (that I paid for). What could have ended terribly is nothing but a positive memory.
Thank you… you hold back your frustration well!! Thank you for sharing this terrible experience. Hope Frontier knows “who you are”. Because your words validated my “never fly Fronteir”.
Sorry that happened to you. I had a similar experience the one time I flew them: my return flight was cancelled and I had to scramble to find other options. They DID give me a $300 credit to book a replacement flight. I ended up spending $450 total on American, and my nonstop became a connection. As much as you travel, get an American Express Platinum card. It pays for itself!
Sorry you've experienced that! It's a new world of travel out there. Last time I flew (7/22) we were delayed because someone on the flight deck flipped out and quit thirty minutes before boarding commenced. Only flown Frontier once. Spirit many times, during Hurricane Nathan 5 years ago I called Spirit to tell them I would be missing my flight because parts of the Pan American highway were gone, roads washed out and flooded, and their call center said they would not rebook me because their computer did not show bad weather in that area. Crazy times.
According to reports I’ve read spirit and frontier tend to run neck and neck in worst place just barely ahead of jet blue. Glad you made it home safely
I used to love southwest, free bags and dependable. After a cruise they lost my bags and I didn’t get home til 3am instead of the 9 pm scheduled. The only reason I got home then was I booked business, others were just stuck. I only fly delta now.
I'm with you, one and done. Hours delays going and returning. What kind of customer service is that - hanging up after 30 minutes and no accommodations offered? They don't have to provide accommodations but that may have changed your mind about them a little. I even had a problem where they were charging me twice for the same tickets. It took jumping through too many hoops. When I got through to someone, they were not helpful at all. I called my bank and they quickly took care of me (they sent me a claim form which I completed and returned). That have to be the only airline left for me to fly with them again. If others love it, then they can fly with them. Good for them. Have a beautiful day!
Frontier DONT GIVE A PHUCK... Greyhound bus with wings 🤣😅🤣 try leaving out laguadia NYC. The checking crew showed up 5min b4 takeoff... They didn't give a DAM!.. CHAOS & FEAR is their business plan 🤣
I've not had issues with the times I've flown Frontier but do know that due to limited flights one small thing can cause massive issues. Same with Allegiant-only fly them if it's NOT a huge issue to be somewhere on time (knock wood not had issues with them either). Definitely entitled to the frustration!!
Yup, I had a similar experience in 2021 when I tried to go to ATL to MCO. They cancelled the flight and didn't even let us know until we were at the airport and had no other options for rebooking the same day. Cx was terrible, and we just ended up driving down to Orlando. They did give our money back and some flight credits which I never used. Never attempting to fly them ever again, first and last experience.
Hi J, sorry you experienced such horrible customer service with Frontier sounds like they totally mishandled the options for your situation. Smh. Glad you made it back home safely and have power. Hope things go much better with your upcoming travels.
Sometimes trying to cut cost ends up costing more. Not to say that it doesn't happen in other airlines but at least the others will take care of you. Not the way you wanted to end a quick relaxing trip.
Exactly… there’s no way I’d fly them to begin with. Everyone has issues. It’s not like it was years ago. You want to fly with someone who has the air lift/power to get you out a particular city. I saw someone comment on here that they got to New Orleans just in time w/ Frontier to depart for a cruise that left from there. They probably declined trip protection on the cruise as well.
I've never had a problem with spirit, and flown them way more times than I can count. I've even had an incident where a spirit flight had to land unexpectedly in a snow storm, and I had to pay to take a train to get home. Not only did spirit refund my flight, but they had me send in my Amtrak receipt and they refunded that too. That was Feb of '19. Sorry to hear this bro, that's frustrating.
I had booked frontier through a 3rd party. I showed up and the flight was cancelled. They told me it had been cancelled for a month…. No notice NOTHING… sadly enough 3 people found out it was cancelled as well. I have had nothing but bad experiences with this airline. I have vowed to never fly them nor spirit ever again.
Definitely reach customer service via email and lay out you request for refund. If no response, then hit them on social media, most companies respond swiftly to negative publicity unfortunately. Also, read the fine print on your contract as you may have been owed compensation due to the mechanical delay and can use that as leverage in your request for refund
I just flew from Ontario California, to a Orlando Florida Round Trip with frontier, about 2.5 weeks ago and they were the only airline that was giving a round trip ticket that was non-stop absolutely no issue both ways coming back on-time and a bit early. I feel like this could’ve been a bad day or I haven’t flown enough airlines, I hadn’t flown in like 10 years last flight was delta 10 years ago
Spirit is definitely the worse. The one time I tried they cancelled. Had to drive 12 +home after my cruise Sat. They’ll never get the chance again. Ever!!!
Your absolutely right!! Just came back from Vegas. Flight going was delayed 4 different times!!! Eventually we missed the flight because TSA CLOSED at 9pm at a major airport and when we arrived we couldn't get back to the plane boarding area!!! So were literally sitting in the front of airport and our frontier flight was out back another 2 hours!!! Then on the way home they wait till we check out the hotel, return the rental car, get to the airport( midnight flight), to say flight canceled and we aint giving out any accommodations!!! Customer service suck!!!! No flight credit, no nothing!!! Worst airline!!!!!!! They always leave you stuck and stranded!!!!!!!!
Sorry to hear that bro. I flew out from FL that Friday after the Hurricane but my area didn't get much of the storm. Anyways, that's why I always book my trips with my Amex Platinum. They'll put you up in a hotel if your flight is delayed over 6hrs
😱😱 I’ve added Frontier to my Donot fly list!!!! I like a good bargain too but, I’m passing them up! I see several good suggestions from frequent flyers on this video, hopefully you get a chance to view! You should be getting better deals, being that you fly a lot! Happy you made it home, electric back on, food frozen, now you can sleep in your own bed, until next mission!!! Thanks for sharing 😎
I fairly recently flew from San Juan, Puerto Rico to Atlanta, Georgia. While in San Juan, they told me to go to the gate printed on my boarding pass. A few minutes after the boarding time I noticed that no one was boarding. Turns out my plane had switched gates but Frontier Airlines didn’t send any notice of the gate change. I almost missed my flight. Had I not flagged down an employee, I would have never known. You’d at least think that they’d let the passengers know but they didn’t. I’ll never fly with them again.
WOW! Never had a problem with Frontier. When I went to Vegas and that happened to me they took very good care of me. Put me up in a hotel and gave me food vouchers and paid for my mr cab fare. Sorry that happened to you Jay. I have realized that Frontier and Spirit are getting a little too sketchy for me to travel with. Spirit keeps changing flight times on me without notifying me, which is crazy! So needless to say this will be the last time I’ll take spirit unless it’s like $10.
We had a similar situation with frontier and the next flight wasn't for 2 days. No way! We ended up booking a new flight with United that same day for a cost of $650. We ended bup getting back from frontier $500 a few weeks later after many conversations.
If the airline cancels due to their issues, not weather related, they OWE you meals, overnight. Passenger Bill of Rights passed in 2007 spells it out. There's a new one going through Congress right now to "refresh the airlines' memories."
There was a blizzard in Denver years ago and frontier kept operations going. They lost tons of luggage, the ground crews quit and planes were left waiting for hours. I worked there a was awful.
Same thing happened to us with Frontier. Numerous delays and then they canceled the flight. The problem was that by the time they canceled, the tiny airport was closed and there was no one at any ticket counter. All calls went to the call center overseas and they offered flight credit. But nothing about rescheduling thr flight or hotel for overnight. Luckily American Express took care of us and paid for the hotel and Frontier put us on a flight the next day.
You are completely in the right here. They dropped the ball. Personally, I'd keep on them until I got a refund or something from them. Something that that happens, and I become their worst nightmare.
That's the only way these days. Corporations have deliberately eliminated customer service standards from their business models. Some might say that that's why so many CEOs jumped ship from 2019 to 2021. Their excuse is mostly we're short staffed. BTW I took Spirit last year, it was an ABSOLUTE nightmare for multiple reasons. Know what you guys are entitled to by US Dept of Transportation. I believe if we all knew the laws and requested what we were entitled to when they delay, cancel, whatever to flights, they would stop delaying and canceling flights. There's an allowance for toiletries, clothes, etc when they lose your bags and I believe the refund on your ticket should be higher than 100% of what you paid. Spirit left me in the dark trying to figure out how to file a lost bag claim - It can only be done online and I was not getting emails from them - a complete breakdown of technology occured - it was crazy - you could see emails about the 1st flight's delay and after that got no more communications for the entire trip and there after to find my bag! Could not file claims in person - exclusively ONLY online. I had to talk to a person over the phone or at the bag claims. Of course customer service phone was not accepting anymore calls most of the time as well. After I got back home, I went to the bag claim 2 times to see if they had the bag. It's an obvious complete breakdown of tech.
Sounds about right. Very similar situation I had with them first time flying flight was canceled ended paying more money to rebook on another airline.Thankfully my money was refunded fairly quickly from frontier. NEVER ever again will I get on another one of their planes!!!!
All said and done the nice thing... the only nice thing about an ugly experience is that no matter what happens in the future you won't forget it, and slip up by making the same mistake over. So there's that along with being able to help others by sharing it, hopefully you can count that as a sort of silver lining when looking back I suppose.
I also flew Frontier for the first time going to San Juan last year and my return was a nightmare!!! I had a TSA agent straight up tell me I was discriminated bc of my disability! There were no more flights I booked a last min flight also through Jetblue and then Frontier lost my bag when I got back and it was completely damaged! I got 0 of my money back except a refund for return portion. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! And terrible customer service. Ugh sorry to hear I’m not alone! Never again!!!!!!!!!
why would u even try them to begin with? i've never tried them and never had the desire to even think about trying them. stick with delta and united, perhaps southwest, they are already super cheap, no need to take unnecessary risk with "low cost" airlines.
That's exactly what happened to me and my mom with the same excuse about the wheel. They abandoned us in Puerto Rico and hid from us when we tried to find a representative. Long story short, I got my money back for the flight and the hotel. Caribbean people don't play that!
It is sad to hear Frontier going down hill.. They gobbled up 2 other airlines we liked to fly with & are now trashing their history. I gotta use up my miles with them ASAP! Only non stop flights for me 😱👀
I agree with you. Myself I never fly Frontier or Spirit...I rather pay the extra money 💰 on another airline, but at least I fly the same day. It must've been frustrating that day, I feel you 🥵
I have to agree. They canceled my flight recently. First they said it was delayed an hour, then said it was “disrupted” got to the airport and they said it was canceled and there wouldn’t be another flight for two days later and they were not willing to offer any accommodations but a refund. Had to spend over 200 to book a flight home with another airline. There is no customer service you can only speak to a chat service that is unhelpful. I’ve learned my lesson no matter how short the trip or the price. It’s never worth it with frontier.
I can see why you would be irritated and frustrated, just hearing the details, made me feel irritated.I’ve also had my share of frustration with spirit in the past 😂 the amount of money they charge for bags are insane ! Thanks for the up !. And I’m sorry you had to go through that , I hope you get your money back .
I booked a flight last year with Spirit for the first time because they were the cheapest option. They canceled my flight at the last minute. The flight was supposed to leave at 6:00 a.m. I got the cancellation at 4:30 a.m. . I had already booked the hotel and rental and shows so I decided to rebook with another airline. I ended up having to spend $800 one way to make up for the canceled $260 Spirit flight that I was never refunded for. When I called customer service they said they could not find my credit card information or that the credit card that I was giving them didn't match the credit card they had on file and so they never refunded my money. The credit card I used to book the flight expired and I didn't have it anymore. I will never fly with Spirit airlines again and will also avoid Frontier just to be in the safe side.
J. Airport issues are so stressful. Sorry you’ve gone through all this hassle. Glad you’re home now. Oh yess. Electric on. Get some rest and see you next video.
The airline was responsible for rebooking you, your meals, accomodations and transportation to and from your accomodations. Missed a connecting flight in Mexico City after flying into the country on United, their gate supervisor saw I'd missed my flight and comped my room and meals PLUS personally took me to the $300 USD night room in Mexico. I love United and American Airlines customer service!!!! Contour Airlines is a great regional airline as well.
I sat on a tarmac for five hours on a plane that never took off only to be the asked to come back the next day, and when I got to the airport, the flight was canceled. I agree with everything you said the worst.
You sound like us! We cruised out of Tampa for New Years. Allegiant canceled our flight. We drove to Tampa- got there at 3 am. In March we sailed out of Miami. Again Allegiant canceled! We live near Knoxville Tennessee…we drove to Miami and got there at 4 am! We will never, never, never fly Allegiant ever again. I guess they can book cheap flights every day if they don’t plan to actually fly anywhere! 😬
its funny too because after the fees they charge you now, including the new $10 fee for customer assistance in the airport, you end up paying more than the bigger flight names.
Glad to hear you had a good time on your trip. Sorry to hear that you had to go through a real time experience in how cheap they are and how they leave you stranded when things go wrong (such as no replacement aircraft and not a flight every day). They don't put you on another airline's flight at their expense as you experienced. Any of the Big 5 Carriers would probably pay your overnight and meals because the cancellation was their fault, but I don't think Frontier does. It's hard to determine that on their website. I don't think Spirit or Allegient do either. I won't fly them because of that. When things go totally according to plan, they are less expensive, but when they fail, their passengers are totally on their own and pay a pretty penny for that. I hope you can at least get a refund on your unused Frontier Ticket.
Oh man, J, they are call it Frontier airlines because they are flying Conestoga wagons. My first and last flight flight with them was a late night 5 hour to Vegas. Same kind of issues, boarded the plane. there was a computer issue, we had to deplane while they rebooted the plane. We were delayed 3 hours and arrived 2am Vegas time. The seats had absolutely no padding, it felt sitting through a 5 hour high school football game. It was cheap and we got there and back, but it was awful
The only thing that will help this type of situation is if people stop giving in to the $20 fares. People are eating it up and then when shit hits the fan, they’re crying and upset about how bad the ULCC are.
Frontier has always had issues like 2 flights only per day and flying only 3 times a week so if something happens you may be stranded with them for a couple of days.
they are not reliable...cancelled my sisters flight hours before leaving to meet me up for cruise. She had to pay big dollars to get another line last minute. I'm just glad she was coming day before or would have missed ship
They did the same to me. Sat on a plane at the gate for 3 hours. Missed my connection, had to buy a delta flight. Frontier still hasn’t reimbursed me but said if it’s approved they’ll only pay for the unused leg not reimburse me for my flight I purchased.

Two years ago I caught covid
Just had flew with frontier...
@@AisforAlibi1 Exactly !!!
If your flight is cancelled due to mechanical they need to pay for your hotel if you’re not able to depart.
Or put you on another airline!
OH yeah! I hope he keeps at them until he gets what he deserves.
While I 100% agree, it's actually in their claws that because they are a budget airline they do not have to. Apparently, it's an "add on" or whatever they call it on regular flights...perk? 😵💫🤦
I will only ever use them for quick couple day trips as flying is super expensive. Otherwise, no thanks! 😵💫😬
@@83lulube misinformation. You are entitled by law for up to 400% of the ticket if beyond 4hr delay in the form of cash, hotel, food or any other compensation. Their contract can say whatever the fuck they want but the DOT rules all.
Frontier just sent a lady to Jamaica instead of Florida. That’s the gate personnel charging for too large a bag instead of providing service.
I've only flown on Frontier once in 2016. That one flight told me all I needed to know about their customer service. Never again!
CROOKS.
You sound like you handled this with patience and grace Jay - glad you're home safe w/electricity be safe
That is cool. I think it is personal experience.
Did you cause that person to quit? 😅
@@markreynolds9135 LMAO! Nope, I was nowhere near them. Just happened to be sitting near the gate and saw/heard it all
According to reports I’ve read spirit and frontier tend to run neck and neck in worst place just barely ahead of jet blue. Glad you made it home safely
Frontier used to wait to see if more passengers show up. Incredibly frustrating.
All airlines have this problems. Good days and bad days
I used to love southwest, free bags and dependable. After a cruise they lost my bags and I didn’t get home til 3am instead of the 9 pm scheduled. The only reason I got home then was I booked business, others were just stuck. I only fly delta now.
I have flown Frontier before, and never had a problem.
Airline travel is only going to get worse... you don't have enough options on air travel
Frontier DONT GIVE A PHUCK... Greyhound bus with wings 🤣😅🤣 try leaving out laguadia NYC. The checking crew showed up 5min b4 takeoff... They didn't give a DAM!.. CHAOS & FEAR is their business plan 🤣
I HAD THE SAME THING HAPPEN TO ME WITH SPIRIT AIRLINES...SO NEVER AGAIN WITH SPIRIT OR FRONTIER...NEVER!!!!!!!!😠
I've not had issues with the times I've flown Frontier but do know that due to limited flights one small thing can cause massive issues.
Hi Michelle did you know your last name is PJ
Sometimes trying to cut cost ends up costing more. Not to say that it doesn't happen in other airlines but at least the others will take care of you. Not the way you wanted to end a quick relaxing trip.
Exactly… there’s no way I’d fly them to begin with. Everyone has issues. It’s not like it was years ago. You want to fly with someone who has the air lift/power to get you out a particular city. I saw someone comment on here that they got to New Orleans just in time w/ Frontier to depart for a cruise that left from there. They probably declined trip protection on the cruise as well.
ALWAYS use your credit card for airline tickets so you can dispute the charge and have charges reversed immediately.
That won't work. You agreed to pay whatever fees they charged you. You signed, you pay.
Can’t blame you for feeling like this. Glad you got back safely.
I feel the same when it comes to NCL. You could not pay me to go on their cruise. I was scammed and taken advantage of by them.
I'm old enough to remember when an airline customer service agent would book you a flight on another airline as a courtesy. Remember those days?
I have been flaying with Jet Blue for about 19 years and I love, never disappointed. Thank you for let us know about Frontier, I will stay way of it!🙏
Same thing happened to us with Frontier.
I agree I had a horrible delay experience with them also. Never ever again!!
I fly Spirit from Chicago to Vegas and it's ok with me. Nonstop and the cheapest ever was $117. I prepare my headspace 😁
Only non stop flights for me 😱👀
The problem is the Airlines like all big businesses have become greeder over time poor training and pay for it's workers.
Thank you for speaking out against them
Glad you made it home and the power is on!
I agree with you. Myself I never fly Frontier or Spirit...I rather pay the extra money 💰 on another airline, but at least I fly the same day. It must've been frustrating that day, I feel you 🥵
Aaaahhh The old days of the cheap, simple but reliable....Peoples Express !
WOW
Spirit cancelled my flight hours before it was scheduled to leave as well
It happens not Just with Frontier. Its happening more and more with airlines in General
J. Airport issues are so stressful. Sorry you’ve gone through all this hassle. Glad you’re home now. Oh yess. Electric on. Get some rest and see you next video.
WOW…..thanks for sharing! 😮
Why would you fly a discount airline when you know you only have X amount of hours to make it to a location and have to board a cruise?
Yup. Same exact thing. Never again indeed.
Hello , New to your channel. WOW,I don,t even travel that much.Have plans to travel next year. But thanks for the info.Glad you made home safe. enjoy.
Welcome home! Sounds like you got quite the greeting from the Florida ice cubes welcome wagon!
Just flew Frontier from SFO to ATL. Two hour delay, lots of turbulence, and the seats were terrible. Never fly with them again.
Thanks. Great service.
You get what you pay for..what did you honestly expect from this ultra budget carrier?? Glad you got back safely.
its funny too because after the fees they charge you now, including the new $10 fee for customer assistance in the airport, you end up paying more than the bigger flight names.
I was on Carnival and were schedule to leave at 4:30pm from Miami and we didn't leave until 12:30am due to engine issues
You handled it well. Please don't give up on the refund. So sorry this happened, but unfortunate experiences makes us stronger. Keep on truck'n.
I hope you can at least get a refund on your unused Frontier Ticket.
unfortunaly, ourside of Denver or pilots or fa's, most F9 employees are 3rd party contractors paid minimally...& they dont care. 😧
Glad you got home safe... there's no place like home. Sorry about the ice pouring out the freezer!
They make excuses because of employee deficits. It's awful. Basically people don't want to come back to work after Covid.
Same with Spirit. They canceled my flight three different times. I was stuck in LA for four days because of Hurricane lan.
We're locked in over here now but hoping all goes well on the other channel. Sending positive vibes your way.
Yep!! I primarily fly either Southwest or Alaskan Airlines. Both have been great.
Wow, I never thought I'd see the day an airline worse than Spirit exists!
they are not reliable...cancelled my sisters flight hours before leaving to meet me up for cruise.
