Exogenous cholesterol can be EXTREMELY DANGEROUS to your health if a barrel of it falls out of an airplane and hits you.

She ain't wrong.
She is partially wrong, it's not the grain that's the problem but the pesticides, herbicides, and particularly the mercury containing fungicides that are the actual problems. Grains are only edible for 30 days. The fungicides/preservatives sprayed on grains causes them to age/ferment & turn rancid/spoil. This is part of the problem, and you still get all this with meat because that's what they're feeding the animals. It's a lot better with meet but still there.

A lifetime of brain fog, memory issues, anxiety, depression and weight problems disappeared within weeks of getting off grains. If I had only known sooner...
I began learning baking all kinds of things and cooking like I was training to become a chef when I realized the shiteshow of 2020 was not soon to end. My specialty was/is sourdough breads. When the autoimmune issues started, I dug in to research, thinking it was the glyphosate and other pesticides sprayed on our wheat and such. So I start finding grains and flours from private farms certified pesticide free and non GMO. THEN I find out even IF they were clean crops,we cannot break them down into single amino acids, but broken peptides that our bodies detect as foreign. It doesn’t matter if it’s fermented or not. I had to learn the hard way. And now how do I get my family to stop wanting it? It absolutely is more addictive than sugar, which I just learned this week. Great short Dr. Baker 🖖🏽

Working horses might get whole oats, but the heavy reliance on grains was the product of 1930s depression era AG to promote income for some farms. Here's my problem with the anti-grain ideas. Why can so many people not be able to eat wheat here in the US, but go to a EU country and chow down on all the bread they want problem free? Only to return here and can't eat a bite of it without complications? What's up with our wheat and other grains? It's not different kinds or strains. My question is this, is it just grains now?? People have been eating grains for centuries, and they were never as sick as people are today. The same with vegetables. Is it because the grains today are GMO, fortified and pestacided?? I don't eat them but I just want to understand why today.
Processed foods removing fiber. Sugar added to nearly every food, eating fructose in quantities our metabolism was never equipped to handle, trans fats, enormous increase in omega 6 seed oils and not even omega 3 to balance it out. Every single one of these is a result of processed foods.
That doesn't make it right. Humans do best without grains.
they are not GMO but theyre close; and sprayed with glyphosate a very toxic weedkiller...I make almost gf bread with tapioca flour, sorghum flour and a bit of rye organic flour. its great and doesnt give me gut grind...
Great work on this video, Dr. Baker! lol
Is going completely carnivore going to help ESRD? I do eat mostly carnivore foods but do have a slice of bread with breakfast and do have a little high potassium fruit daily because my dialysis dietician said I needed more potassium
QUESTION: What about eating chicken or eggs...Do the grains they are fed get processed, or get passed on to us when we eat them?
When we say grains does that apply to white rice? If so, is it not as bad as bread or worse?
I don’t take dieting advice from people with a BMI over 20%. Both of you fit in that catagory!
So, stupid question. Is ther a zonulin test that you can order from your doctor? I'm getting the feeling that this is something we don't test for...
Never eat shredded wheat... We used to say that to remember the compass points. Now I realise how true it is 😵💫😵💫😟
I've eaten grains my entire life with no issues, and I'm no spring chicken.
My Blood sugar problems are all but gone after 11 mo's on carni...inflammation is completely gone. To numerous other problems are gone ....ain't no pill that could have done this. If there was such a pill you'd have to pay 10 mil a pill after they'd fig out a way to minimize it and sell you a prescription
That's controversial for a colorectal surgeon, because grains are chosen to feed the masses. I subscribed to her channel, maybe she has more important things to say.
Thus it's been since the neolithic.
Meat is for kings.
Grains & beans are for peasants.
These are great vids 😂
You have to soak your grains and slightly sprout them then they are no longer seeds they are more like a vegetable
vegetables aren't great for us either
Chronicled very well years ago in "Grain Brain". Thanks for the refresher.
