She is partially wrong, it's not the grain that's the problem but the pesticides, herbicides, and particularly the mercury containing fungicides that are the actual problems. Grains are only edible for 30 days. The fungicides/preservatives sprayed on grains causes them to age/ferment & turn rancid/spoil. I began learning baking all kinds of things and cooking like I was training to become a chef when I realized the shiteshow of 2020 was not soon to end. My specialty was/is sourdough breads. When the autoimmune issues started, I dug in to research, thinking it was the glyphosate and other pesticides sprayed on our wheat and such. So I start finding grains and flours from private farms certified pesticide free and non GMO. THEN I find out even IF they were clean crops,we cannot break them down into single amino acids, but broken peptides that our bodies detect as foreign. It doesn’t matter if it’s fermented or not. I had to learn the hard way. And now how do I get my family to stop wanting it? It absolutely is more addictive than sugar, which I just learned this week. Great short Dr. Baker 🖖🏽

I don’t take dieting advice from people with a BMI over 20%. Both of you fit in that catagory!

My Blood sugar problems are all but gone after 11 mo's on carni...inflammation is completely gone. To numerous other problems are gone ....ain't no pill that could have done this. If there was such a pill you'd have to pay 10 mil a pill after they'd fig out a way to minimize it and sell you a prescription
