A survival walking stick is ludicrous. Just have a survival fanny pack that can carry twenty times more items and is much harder to get lost, plus it could hold a cellphone and or walkie talkie. Another thing that is ludicrous is "Survival Matches". There is this new invention called a disposable cigarette lighter that can start a thousand fires and is completely water proof. If I would use a walking stick, then I would have a hollow one made from aluminum or PVC and fill it up with food and vitamins.
