Resep :
- 300 gr tepung terigu protein tinggi/ cakra kembar
- 20 gr susu bubuk
- 50 gr gula pasir
- 4 gr ragi instan/fermipan
-2 butir kuning telur
-160 ml air dingin
- 45 gr butter ( saya mix. 30 gr margarin + 15 gr butter )
- 4 gr garam
Olesan:
- 1 sdt SKM
-1 butir kuning telur
-1 sdt minyak sayur
( ketiga bahan olesan di atas campur rata )
