Campsite is my go to spot on LI for fly stuff. Carmine is a legend when it comes to local knowledge glad to see them on the report this week.
I personally would go with option number 3, reduce the limit to 2 per trip. During season if you get a striper, limit on fluke and 2 seabass you'll have plenty for a week. Just my opinion though.
sea bass are abundant no need for any change but since we have to make a choice,option 2 better to waste time rather than keepers
