Love this express pump one! the upper body exercises are definitely what I need. I've done this workout 3 times now and really enjoy it. Especially when you say to keep technique because you don't need very heavy weights to feel the tension. Thank you Laz!

I always hate body pump the first time I do a class, it’s so quick and tough to adjust to new moves. If you could explain clearly what the moves are before you do the track that would help a lot 😁
Hi, thank you for your comment. For this short body pump class we don't have much time. The best way is normally people do pump 2 or 3 times a week and pump routine is usually pretty much similar always so you will get the idea by doing it more often and you will know what's coming next. Hope that helps!

For me too. I cancelled my gym membership as they dont do classes anymore and i cant do 1h because i get bored. 30min is ideal. I stay focused.
