😢 I’m sorry that your sabertooth is missing a side burn! That really sucks! Yeah my ghost rider showed up without the spikes on one shoulder, and by the time i noticed it the packaging was long gone so i couldn’t ship it back for an exchange. Now I’ve got to by a second one. 🫤

At cost before it went on sale, and my baroness pretty much just fell apart on me getting her out of the packaging. Super disappointed. 😔 I didn’t even bother with an exchange. The last few times I’ve tried to deal with them for QC issues. The ball was dropped on their end, and just not worth the trouble! That is the main reason I go back and fourth debating on quitting collecting from hasbro. But they hold so many IPs that I love.
