      @JB360_NYC . 1 thing that would clean the bike up nicely. Make some 3d printed sections to go between the frame and the side panels . That would take your bike over the top.

      @@noce1071 💯 that would actually help hide a lot of my wires I have going on 😂. I'll also be adding a small tank bag to cover that top area.

    Hey JB ...... Nice build and its a rocket ship ! As for the tires go and look into Michelin City Grip 2's ..alot of guys from Powerful Lithium are using them and they talk very highly of them .
    The only thing is they are a lil pricey ....... but from what i hear they are well worth it.........
    When ya hit the 73mph i was like , Don't stop now you are halfway there ....lol Nah , you can squeeze a few more out of her !
    Pretty soon you are gonna have a bike for every day of the week .....lol
    Its almost like wearing a different pair of shoes everyday...lol
    Ride Safe and get yourself a set of mirrors ! ! !

    Sooooo sick! How about a complete build from the frame up? We know these frame are coming from alibaba/aliexpress anyways. Would love to see a complete custom build that we can follow along using quality parts. Main purpose would be to skip the purchasing of a fully built bike just to strip it down and get rid of the stock parts anyway.

    Love how they added panels on the side. More e-bikes should come with panels and body pieces that to hide batteries and wiring. Looks stock and clean.

    I like what you did with headlights glad to see your finish product 60+ is scary bike so light it pulls like freight train. I wonder what is your total weight, mine was about 75lbs.

    Man I wish someone would build a similar bike but just a bit bigger for we 6 foot + / 200+ guys. My legs would look like a cricket riding that

    My Onyx cty2 also has that same motor I believe, and it tops out at 54 mph.
    I commented that before you mentioned it yourself.
    So, excuse me for not paying closer attention, so were you saying that? My qs 205 the direct drive motor which came on my Onyx cty2 is a 3000 w or a 5000 w?

    Anybody got recommendations on a larger frame to build on? I'm about 6ft 240 and I would look huge on this thing.

      One frame I would recommend would be the Freego X2. Has a nice Surron-type frame but slightly bigger and has pedals to keep it in that "legal" area.

    What the rider weight limit. When I can afford one I’m looking for one to atleast go 50 with a 350 to 400lbs rider

      I believe this setup can pull a lot of weight. I would say it can definitely hit close to 55mph-60 with that rider weight

      @@Marrk117 yup the one on the Onyx is the 3kw QS205 version. This one on the Kotto is the 5kw version.

    The is only pronounced "thee" before words beginning with a vowel.
    "Thee" apple, but never "thee" ketchup. Hope this is helpful.
