Bonsoir et merci pour toutes tes réactions à Sonata Arctica, j'aime beaucoup la version acoustique de San Sebastian tirée de leurs album "acoustic adventures", sortis il y a 2 ans environ. Bonne soirée 😊
At first when I heard this song, I got this feeling that sun of San Sebastian has two meanings in this song. The actual warm sun which he enjoyed a lot, but also a girl which he desired maybe too carelessly, and she turned him in to some type of night creature and now his punishment is to never enjoy of that sun or her again. Vampire perhaps, because can’t be in the sun light, and night time screamer, maybe as a bat. This is just speculating, but when it is SA song, there got to be something else than just boy didn’t get the girl because she was too hot. They have many monster songs anyway. 😁 My personal favorite monster song is ”Among the shooting stars”
Another great song! Honestly I wouldn't worry too much about classifying which metal sub-genre Sonata Arctica is in. They've been around for such a long time that that they dabbled in most of them.
Dang, another killer reaction. I do love my Sonata! I saw them first at a small stage in Oslo, a small-time band with the greatest liveshows. For a different vibe from them, I’d recommend my fav Ruins of my Life. Or the emotional I Have a Right.
Whoops, I guess you could have cut it after the song, didn't remember the ending of this live version. But at least you get a small window into what they do at their shows 😂 It's one of the faster songs, wolf and raven is faster 😅 Great reaction 😊 thanks
@@SaeedReacts.Jep. Wolf and Raven is their fastest song till today, i believe. Their new song 'California' is also fast as hell. ^^ You should checkt them both out someday, Saeed. :-)
@@SaeedReacts.Oh yeah very fast. Use the HD version because the one on Sonata Arctica's channel will make your ears bleed lol. I wish Pasi would fix that but he's busy.
well first of all: at 0:26 are you implying you can understand german? If yes it would be waaaaaaaaaaaay easier to tell you a lot more about the band x) But anyways something Sonata was highly known for especially in the past had been their keytar and guitar battles in the fast songs. You will have this kind of solo battles in nearly every single fast Song of their past albums ;)
I only know a few words in German. My native language is Dutch/Flemish and i speak English pretty fluent. My French is okay. Ive seen/heard a few of those keytar/guitar battle now. So good!

@@SaeedReacts. yes, if you are not afraid to get to know bands that sing and write lyrics in other languages most of the time, in this case German, then I can only warmly recommend this band, they have very good lyrics, mostly straight out with what they have to say, without much circumlocution, mostly meant to be funny, but also more serious topics
An absolute masterpiece of the early sonata era. They were famous for beeing the fastest power metal band back then.
Well, there have been fast/faster bands before them. Stratovarius, Rhapsody, Dragonforce... :D
@@mikkolaine4883 DragonForce 's first album released in 2003, after the first 2 and fastest Sonata Arctica albums (1999 & 2001). ;)

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Like you said there is always something more with SA 😄.
I like monster songs, will add that one to my list.

I saw them first time in Oslo too, Rockefeller back in 2001 😊 "I have a right" is on his Sonata playlist, go watch it 😊
Thanks so much! Ruins of my Life, that title sounds interesting. Will add it to my list 😃

Du warst anscheinend noch nicht auf einem Konzert der deutschen Band Knorkator, sie zerstören bei jedem Konzert mindestens eine ganze Orgel und mehr.
