Nurses play a role in changing or inviting people to change their lifestyle so that they can avoid various non-communicable or communicable diseases.

To be honest I was very shy at first my first time caring for patients but I remembered that caring for patients is like caring for anyone that needs help and when you think of it that way the shyness goes away when I think of how I am helping others.
