100 tons is a small part of the 5000 tons full stack. should clear the tower in about the same time
The orbital launch mount locks the rocket down until t+ 5 seconds, so it actually takes it 5 or 6 seconds to clear the tower.
Starship does not liftoff at full throttle for these tests. However, these development vehicles are only capable of 40-50 tons
