@@bogdanhxc AND IT'S AMAZING BY THE WAY! Sorry for caps, I panicked, but seriously the new album is, in my opinion, the second best release right after Inmazes.
saw them live in 2021 and they debuted the witness that night, absolutely amazing experience, and later saw their lead singer at a Humanity's Last Breath concert, great guy
Probably the new single from Alleviate called Alive. Absolute banger song and super hyped for the upcoming album which is out at the end of August. Edit: Also new Vola album on November 1st which is awesome
What do you mean "Prodigy, rest in peace", they're still around. Rest in peace to Keith Flint, though. As for this song, I like it a lot more than Paper Tiger, but it's not blowing me away. Hoping for songs that blow me away like Stray The Skies, Smartfriend, Whaler, Inside Your Fur, etc.
Favorite release of the month? Definitely Mirar’s new EP Mare. It’s so wild and unique that it almost transcends music…it’s really more of an experience that batters and bruises you in the best possible way. Oh, and freaking love VOLA
Off the top of my head, top 5 for this month (in random order): Leprous - Atonement Windwaker - Get Out BadD Omens x ERRA - Anything > Human Levels - Pulse Destroy Rebuild Until God Shows - Hunger Pangs
Let's see your reaction to Wage War's new Stigma album. I tend to prefer your album reviews like when you reviewed The Death We Seek by Currents. There are a few tracks that stand out to me and I wanna hear your opinions of them.
Not related to this video but Bogdan you should check the new song from Ashen. It is (again) incredibly good and Clem is a beast, what a singer. Looking forward to seeing them in Paris in October!
I'll drop a shoutout to Nerv's new song "FAKE!". It's not their best song, but it's a lot heavier than usual, which promises an interesting new direction perhaps.
aww i was hoping this was going to be Atonement by Leprous when i saw the title. Not a fan of prog either but that song slaps VERY well, check it out if you get time.
Big agree, Paper Wolf wasn’t my favorite Vola track but it’s a lot better of a listen for me than this one. Too repetitive and it doesn’t really go anywhere new, I’d rather listen to Napalm if I want something with this vibe from them.
honestly it's not my favorite song from them, it's kinda just. okay. it's (like the kids say nowadays) mid.. atleast it's somewhat better than paper wolf (which just sounded like a cut track from witness)
VOLA new album soon at November 1st
woooooooo

Love their Pink Floydiness

Leprous - Atonement
Windwaker - Get Out
BadD Omens x ERRA - Anything > Human

Destroy Rebuild Until God Shows - Hunger Pangs
How hard does Atonement go hey
VOOOOOOOLAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
They just released another track called Cannibal. Check it out!!
Que ganas de escucharlos hija, está noche veo el vídeo queridísimo Bogdan
they have a new album coming out Friday November 1ST titled a friend of a phantom
Goddamn that was beautiful
In my project, I could only pick 3 favorites from Denmark. I couldn't narrow it down past 6, but Vola is on the list out of more than 1500 bands.
VOLA is love
orphan by in hearts wake was my favorite release
QOTD: Four Year Strong - aftermath/afterthought
THIS SONG IS FIRE!!!!! ❤
What’s the song in the Intro ?😮
Straight Lines by VOLA

new reliqa album reaction?
Kind of reminds me of current day Ulver? if they also decided to include some more metal in their newer stuff.
VOLA with that breakdown is so good damn

Favorite release this month was the Mirar EP
song of this month / Bury Tomorrow - Villain Arc
Bury Tomorrow doesnt miss ever
The song is so melodic and cool, I'm also into it 🎉
Favorite release is definitely Galleons- DeLorean. It's amazing.
You must check out ACCVSED - Day of the Locust first time hearing them there on AE they dropped a banger today.
its in 5:4 which makes it sound off
💙
So far my favorite is foreign hands. Though I really like this song. Gotta love the 10/8 time signature
Very cool sound.
Yeah....yeah I like.
Prog is just simply my favorite
Bog, please react to the debut album of "Foreign Hands", that shit slaps so fucking hard
Good reaction. Great song, just a little too short outro imo as well.
You usually hate prog, but still gave IA's Heavener best album of 2023.
Foreign Hands, please post your reaction.
vola is seriously one of my favorite bands ever. they never miss
Foreign hands just dropped
a bit mindfucky but the chorus is really catchy once you kinda get it, fun song!
Vola is tight
Loved this song, so glad I clicked on this video
as a non prog head, i loved it lmao
also mirar - rachma (needs more exposure)
Sounds like Depeche Mode of prog metalcore
It's a cool song I just can't get over that synth line. It annoys me so much, especially in the chorus.
Am I crazy, or is this not Prog at all? (Which might be why you like it).
Damn I couldn't imagine disliking Prog Metal. It's my favorite genre of metal lol.
Not bad, but for Vola, a bit weak. Tad too repetitive.
Big agree, Paper Wolf wasn’t my favorite Vola track but it’s a lot better of a listen for me than this one. Too repetitive and it doesn’t really go anywhere new, I’d rather listen to Napalm if I want something with this vibe from them.
The lead synth just does not fit in to the rest of mix. It's just so annoying.
@@UndarZ yeah it's a pretty irritating sound ngl

even my vola obsessed friend didn't like the recent singles So i feel like this album might have split opinions
"I usually hate prog" but you enjoy generic metalcore and repetitive breakdowns...
Exactly, it's more enjoyable
