- Bubbly No Knead Focaccia Bread | Italian Focaccia Bread made only with a spatula | Easy Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
400g/3 1/4 Cups Bread Flour
300ml/ 1 1/4 Cups Warm Water
1 tsp Active Dry Yeast
1 tsp Salt
3 tbsp Olive Oil
Extra Olive Oil for greasing

Ingredients:
✨400g/ 3 1/4 Cups Bread Flour
✨300ml/ 1 1/4 Cups Warm Water
✨1 tsp Active Dry Yeast
✨3 tbsp Olive Oil
✨1 tsp Salt
✨Extra Olive Oil for greasing
✨Coarse Salt for topping
Directions:
✨Combine the warm water with the yeast in a medium bowl. Add the flour in 2 batches and stir. Add the salt and continue stirring until incorporated. Add the olive oil and stir well. Cover and let it rest 20 minutes.
✨Wet your hands and fold the dough. Cover and let it rest 20 minutes. After 20 minutes repeat again the process. Cover and let it rest 20 minutes.
✨Fold the dough again, cover, and let it rest in the fridge overnight.
✨Grease with olive oil the pan and add the dough. Let it rest 20 minutes to get an elastic texture. Form the Focaccia and let it rise for 1-2 hours.
✨Add some olive oil on top and using your fingers, form the bubbles. Sprinkle some coarse salt on top.
✨Preheat the oven and bake at 200°C
/450°F for 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and serve! Bon appetite! ❤️
