How to crochet a skirt | Beginner friendly made to measure pattern

Hi everyone, in today’s video I’m going to show you how to crochet a skirt. I made my skirt a mini, but you can make your skirt any length you want to. I hope you enjoy the video and have a great day. 😊✨
Some extra information on how to place the stitch markers. Count the total number of double crochets you have made. Minus 2 stitches Divide that number by 2. Divide that number by 2 as well. Count from the center back until you have that last number, place you stitch marker there. Count from the center back again, but this time going the other way. Place you stitch marker.
For example, say you have a total of 120 stitches around the whole skirt. Minus 2 stitches, that makes it 118. Divide that by two, that is 59. Divide that by 2 again. 59 can’t be divided by two so instead we will make it as close as possible, so that is 29 and 30. Count thirty stitches from the center back. Place a stitch marker in the 31st stitch. Count again from the center back, but this time only count 29 stitches. Place your second stitch marker in the 30th stitch. Now your stitch markers should be at the sides of your skirt.
