I love the way you patiently show the process of switching from the ribbing to the body of the skirt. Placing that first row of single crochet can feel so tricky when you're just starting out but you make it easy.
If you end up with the skirt being too long between the hips and waist because you had to add more rows you can try adding 2 stitches per row on opposite sides of the skirt instead. Just try it on as you go so your increases match the shape of your body.

Everything went well until row 24, after that I did 25 and 26, then started repeating in that pattern:25,26,25,26,25,26... and so on , until the end. But my skirt got bumpy/bulky. It's not flat at all at the part of the skirt, where we chain 2 to start the next row. I hope I explained it well enough. Thank you or anyone else in advance!
