I have two kid with mental health issues. And it is ridiculous on how hard it is to get help or treatment for them. I eventually had to make my son award of the state for safety reasons. And this was after multiple temporary programs and multiple round and round and begging and pleading for help. It wasn’t until he got arrested that he ended in juvenile detention that they finally put him in a program.

Why was she not given the death penalty? That's a double murder with 'special circumstances'! She likely felt she would return to being a beneficiary with him and his girlfriend gone, leaving only 'next of kin'. So, vengeance and financial gains seem to be the motives. She's a monster!

Anna & Alison- thank you for breaking down these cases for us. I can NOT believe a Daughter could kill her Father. Over a house?! Materialistic things are NOTHING without family and friends to share your life with. I’m almost 52 years old with children that are grown, and a Grandchild. But, I am still a Daddy’s girl. My Dad will be 79 this year. Every time I get to see him my heart is full of love. The second case is heartbreaking because so many children also have their hearts broken. 😞 I can’t wait to see your new rescue, Ms. Toad on your Instagram. Have a wonderful weekend everybody!

When someone in the US dies with a will, and the beneficiaries are deceased or disqualified (the k1ller would be disqualified), the state has to distribute the assets according to its own laws. Typically, parents and children are at the top of the list, with spouses, grandchildren, nieces and nephews further down. Not all states take on this task for no charge, but, generally, having the full estate go to the state is a last resort.

Even as a child you can’t force another human to take meds you can plead you can beg try to convince them to take it but a lot of times they don’t want to take it. I know my son said it made him feel like he was dying like he’s trying to walk through cement like there was something heavy sitting on his chest, I just can’t imagine having to feel that way or deal with delusions and hallucinations. I know as a mom it breaks my heart. We tried different medication. Doctors just threw something out and hopped it stick even if it didn’t. It was just move on move on it having itteenager 18 years old dealing with the onset of mental health issues and then involved and alleged crime. I don’t wish that on anybody to deal with. It is horrific heartbreaking probably the hardest thing I’ve ever done in my entire life is to deal with this.

The grandfather that paid the homeless woman 20 dollars to watch his grandkid, it happened in my neighborhood luckily the lady he paid is very nice just down on her luck. He was in that bar for over 4 hours and then came out screaming child trafficking. When the helicopter went up and was on the loud speaker the lady immediately brought the child to the parking lot. The lady did bring the girl to the thrift shop and got her a pair of shorts with the money she was given then took her to her encampment and fed her, that man has no business taking care of a child and I hope the aunt can make other arrangements for her niece when she has to work.

The ironic part is that if the Trust was irrevocable then the daughter would have a right to sue her father for taking it out of the trust that was protecting the home… I’m not sure if this was the case but probably would’ve been a better way of going about things without ending up in prison

And so yeah she probably wasn’t thinking, don’t make her insane no if your in a course leaning about anger and that Amy says everyone get angry everybody gets to the point where they get soooo out of control they lash out
Like people who try to do a trick on their bikes or skates and they try to do a twrill or a jomp then spin and no matter how hard they try they do get angrier and angrier to the point where people have either chucked their bike and accidentally hit someone or something so yeah people have badly hurt other people by throwing their bikes across the road
Or fell o; the ice or road trying to do a trick on their roller skates or their ice skates and sometimes they eventually get sooooooooo mad at themselves they probably have thrown their stakes through somebody’s window and shattered their neighbours window
And they don’t mean to cause harm or they don’t intentionally mean to hurt someone else it is just their soooooooo enraged that their emotions get the better of them sometimes and it can happen to anyone
And in the case a lady got soooooo angry at her dad because he probably was sooooo selfish that he probably made his abusive girlfriend get the money instead of his daughter who probably wasn’t a a person who caused any issues
She probably was like the average person she of course maybe made bad choices in life but tried not to do it again,

He's happily throwing mom under the proverbial R.V., but when was the last time we heard about a 60 year old woman JUMPING A FENCE? I'm 55, reasonably fit, not EVER jumping any fence. I just hope she's not taking the blame for her kid

She is a real estate lady she sell houses to people who need it, she might’ve been the person to get people a wonderful home she may have made money yes but also she would have given people their dream home she would have made somebody pretty happy
However nobody has to resort to murder but I have gone to an emotional support class runned by community living where I currently live right now and her name is Amy and she said that when people are sooooo angry their brains get fuzzy and they don’t think straight

I don't understand where the crime is here. When it comes to the grandfather leaving the granddaughter. I think with someone as opposed to the biological mother. Leaving the kid in the first place with grandfather. Isn't that the same thing? As grandfather leaving the kid with the homeless person, she was found just down the street from the thrift store and he knew where she was. She was at the thrift store. That's what he told her to do. Take her to the thrift store and go back to ma or whatever. It's just said he came home faster than the kid was returned. That's all?

I could very much be this mother. My child has Autism & ADHD and for them, this means very little impulse control. When triggered it can result in blind rage which can lead to violence. I have done everything available to get the support needed to work on this and it has gotten better. However, if it ever got to the point that I was killed, there is no way I would want my child to rot in prison. When the rage cleared and they would see what they had done, there is no punishment that would be worse than what they would have to live with. Who they are in that rage is not who they are when not reacting from the triggered, primal fight or flight part of their brain.

  • @leighhoppins9273

But like everyone in the world people get sooooooo enraged they can’t control their emotions, I was in the course and many people just ordinary people at one point couldn’t control their emotions when they got angry
They said that course really really helped them and they do practice walking away or telling someone how they feel they probably tried to just handle touch situations and learned how to solve the issue without getting upset and agitated over it and or just getting angry and throwing things around and that
They are really learning how to solve issues in a positive way rather than in a negative way, ajd even though 12 people were probably in that class or close to 10 anyway that is a lot of people

The blonde woman helping with the analysis keeps interrupting Anna Garcia. This is poor manners, inconsiderate and insensitive. Noone wants to hear what you have to say if you aren't going to share the conversation and be respectful. You seemed to be focused on what you were going to say next and making sure people heard your thoughts than listening to Anna Garcia. You have good things to say, you just need to stop interrupting and let people finish their sentences. It has to be pretty bad if viewers are noticing it. Food for thought.

This happens a lot, kids being left out of the family will. Having rich parents or rich celebrity parents can be a curse. I have seen girlfriends of the rich men take the lot. It is devastating for the kids to see their father’s girlfriend scoop the lot. A lot of females brainwash their rich boyfriends. She would have been better getting a lawyer and taking the girlfriend to court and contest it. I am sure her sister and her would have had no trouble in getting their share of their father’s will when the time came. Please be fair when it comes to wills. People can be so unkind and mean with their estate and money. There is so much distension in families. Girlfriends or gold diggers can be a huge problem for the children of the wealthy father. However murder is not the thing to do. It’s very hard in fact impossible to get away with murder today.

yea a lot of old men were crappy dads and then get a new woman so their children cannot even get the little compensation for having an a-hole father. I know the kid should make their own money but in many cases, the reason they were not successful was the parent!

How dare a child feel that she/he has the right to dictate to a parent how he/she should dispense with his/her money! Her father was the owner of his estate, and if he wanted to leave it all to charity, that was his right!
Warren Buffett is valued at $101.8B and has designated 99% of it to charity --- despite having 3 children! Children do not have some 'inalienable right' to inherit their parents' money --- whether it is a vast quantity or a measly amount!

    • @reenakemp9132
      @reenakemp9132 23 дні тому +1

Well, if you Google Warren Buffets children, their jobs and net worth, they are all Billionaires also. Bad example lol. He has even said he isn't leaving it to them cause they already have. He set his children up for success in life.
