This is about the Intention, you know what you are singing in your own language .
What is the focus of hoponopono? The forget the truth happened? Requests for forgiving being hurt? Or forgiving others? It doesn't have basic logic...😊
Something happened, something ongoing... life can't be reversed. But why this is mine?
But for sure, we can see it as a mantra. Mantra doesn't mane sense.. but should be vague than this
I have been researching it, lots online - some use it as a self forgiveness mantra, some use it as a prayer to the divine - i'm sorry is taking responsibility for a social ill or situation - realizing our interconnectedness and we all play a part whether through action or inaction - asking for God to forgive you for your part in it, Thanking him for how he will change you to be a future changemaker/part of reconciliation or bringing about shalom somehow (trusting that he will do this) and praise and adoration for His almighty compassion grace and power.
AFFIRMATIVE PRAYER:
I am one with the Divine.
I experience, peace, BLISS, love, and joy:
CONSTANTLY AND CONSISTENTLY.
I experience everything as grace AND AS LOVE.
I am at peace. I honor the Divine within me.

Dear Nelia, I have been practicing your version of Ho'oponopono, and so enjoying it. It's really lovely. If it is not too much trouble, I am wondering if you would consider creating a longer video version of the English chant (like 5 minutes or so)... I find myself playing the first 45 seconds over and over again to try to match the chord changes, fingerpicking, and voicing. It would be so wonderful if it was longer. And it seems @arlettegobert1263 might love it if you did part fingerpicking and part strumming :) Thank you again for this wonderful version of the chant.
