does 2021 RDX have a setting for the center digital speedometer i like to see the speed i’m traveling in the center is this possible

Unfortunately no. That was something they added 2022-present.

Totally agree - I just bought a 2021 Acura and miss having a digital speedometer like I used to with my Jeep!
