My professional opinion as a licensed clinical psychologist is that Betterhelp does not prioritize the needs of clients. They do not offer therapy and they have a high therapist turnover. I’m not saying YOU, the individual didn’t have a good experience on Betterhelp. I’m saying that MOST subscribers of Betterhelp and MOST therapists on there are extremely dissatisfied with how they run their business.

Look at the literal numbers on how black people are treated in the medical world. So we need a space specifically for us to get fair treatment. Others are the ones with the options.
