Caroling is common in Philippines...if someone make a caroling in you just give amount of money that you can... it's up to you if it is small or big amount...that's the spirit of joy of Christmas
Hello, thank you for watching our video. Sibulan's landlord in our video is really an angel. We miss her all the time. She was her best landlord. And the landlord of the house we live in now is really the best. Between the Sibulan house and the current house, there was a house where we stayed for 3 weeks. There is no video of that house. However, because of the landlord, we suffered a lot of damage. He is not Filipino. He is from another country.We like the landlord of Sibulan and now the landlord.Thank you!!

They usually sing 3-4 Christmas songs before moving to the next house. To show appreciation, the house owners usually offer money or sometimes snacks to the carollers. 😉😉😉
We had a very happy Christmas thanks to the Filipinos who sang in front of our house. We love the Filipino party culture, Christmas caroling culture, and prom, all of which were special experiences.
Any amount will be appreciated it doesn't really matter, it's just to make you feel that Christmas spirit is sharing, giving, helping and loving one another. The singing of people that goes to your house...or every house is a tradition in the Philippines every December 16 to December 25th. Its a christmas spirit that Filipinos does that started in the Spanish Era...celebrating the birth of Jesus. As the Christmas Carolers, as we called it, will usually sing 4-5 christmas songs before going to the next house. You can give any amount as long as it is open to your heart. Some house owner will give snacks...Most kids who sang a christmas song, people will give candies or biscuits. Kids love to do that because they enjoyed going out at night with friends.
During Christmas a lot of people
Go house to house to sing carols or even do a performance along with the singing. :) We also have parol displays

I think your new house is also nice and warm and has a good vibes. I think Your children is also nice specially your daughter. Filipinos is very hospitable/warm/friendly people,of course there are also snubbish/rude Filipinos,just ignore them and don’t fight with them. A piece of advice to you guys since you are now living in the PH. PH is a beautiful country to live in because of the wonderful nature,given to the PH. People(Filipinos) is a multi race and vast culture. Try to blend well in the society you lived in,because if you are friendly and good to this Filipino people,they will treat you good also. But if you treat them bad you will get what you deserve. Filipinos will help you a lot in times of trouble so be good to them. In due time you will adjust to your new surroundings/Filipino culture and traditions,and one day you will be shock that your son has already have so many Filipino friends. If you don’t mind also asking why do you decided to move to the PH,is it because life in Korea is already hard because of inflations?. I heard that prices in korea is already skyrocketed and life is already hard for Koreans,is it true?.
I was touched by your lengthy comment. Actually we love the Philippines very much. maybe 10 years ago. I think Filipinos are very kind and have beautiful smiles. And we immigrated here because we liked the wonderful natural environment and clean air. My children like the Philippines more than Korea haha. In Korea, prices are very expensive. Originally, it was expensive, but after the corona virus, it became more expensive. Korean children have to study a lot by going to private institutes to enter universities. Filipinos are always thankful!!
@@hellophilippines513 I’m glad to hear that and at the same time I don’t get what do you mean to say “ Maybe 10 years ago?”, what do you mean about that?. My brother also live in Korea( Seoul) for 9 years and according to him prices in Korea is very expensive. Yes you are also right I can see that your children is enjoying a lot in their new environment. Be humble and try to blend well to the locals and you will be fine..👍👍
@Marky Martin This lengthy paragraph almost seems like a passive aggressive warning... be nice or else?.... Are they not already humble?. Are they not already nice people and give praise and compliments constantly? I think this Korean family is wonderful and people gravitate towards them because THEY are genuinely good people. Your little warning to them is completely unnecessary.
@@markymartin6037sa isa nilang video .. sa pinas daw sila nag celebrate ng honeymoon nila 10 years ago. wla pa ata mga kids nila😅 .. yung asawa niya babae nagandahn dito sa pinas ..at hndi hindi nya daw makakalimutan ang gnda ng pinas .. kaya nagplano sila dto tumira . .at ang isang rason yun nga npaka taas ng suicide dun sa korea dahil ata sa stress .at ayaw nila maranasan ng kanilang anak ..

Caroling or namamasko is very common during Christmas season. People, especially children, go house to house to sing Christmas songs. We usually offer them money for their efforts.

Oh my god , that was what I used to do when I was growing up there in the Philippines as soon it reached the December 16 to December 24 Christmas Eve starts 7pm to 10 pm that's how we do Christmas caroling to a lot of houses there with 4 friends or 5 friends we go to some good cities with good neighborhoods at least the rich ones and we sing a few Christmas songs to every door house and we don't stop singing until they say patawad or walang pera. I have been here in United States for almost 43 years now. I miss that country so much. I don't get to visit there because I'm always flat broke. Ha,ha, but if I retired to reach the 65-year old retirement age I'm going to go back there.

Its better you can buy a lot sir and build your own house..you are in the province so maybe the land are not too expensive.
