The only foreigners who i know, that chose to live & stay in Iloilo City!! Awesome.. Glad you finally moved & found a house to live.. Good luck! & God bless! on your moved there.. Wishing you all the best! 🙂🙏🏻 Cheers!! 😉🥂 🇵🇭❤️🇺🇸
I'm happy that you found a house that makes you happy. No more high electric bills. No more worries. Just enjoy your new property. 😊
With regards to your comfort room that you dont want use put a screen bag of charcoal. It can absorb moisture and remove odor from the air in your comfort room.
Thank you Mike for the kind words at the supermarket , the video arrived before sunrise in Louisiana and was it really a great start of the day . Thank you for making such a difference
Just watched this. Glad to know you're finally settled. Hope you'll enjoy the place. I'm sure some neighbors will recognize you from your vlogs and welcome you wholeheartedly as well. Warm regards from a senior citizen subscriber.
Wow, its a nice house...great find for you both...and the community is also nice...happy for both of you. Enjoy the new place and vlogging as we enjoy watching them.
Glad you guys feel at peace with your new neighborhood and home. Happy housewarming 🎉
Thank you for showing us around. Hope you will be happy in this house!
Good for Bianca learning Ilonggo. Maayong Hapon( Good Afternoon) Well done Bianca!
Looks perfect you guys! Nice layout. Hope you settle in fast and make this your home 🏠
Hope you finally find peace in your new house. Those ceiling fans in the living room will help cutting your electricity cost down. My only concern is your security especially after you've given a tour to your potential intruders. Maybe you could place a wood that would block the sliding of the windows easily. Overall I lije the house for you
No peace there, don't you hear the barking dogs?
Happy for you guys to find a new
place, enjoy your new place❤
A power washing of the border walls outside will make that place look even better.
Beautiful house in a very nice, convenient location. Great find guys!
Looks like a nice area and yes, very lush. Great seeing so many plants and garden areas. Few nice open lots which would be ideal for community farming. Get some vegetables growing for sharing. Its a shame to see those houses that are empty and wonder why the owners are not concerned about the upkeep of the property & land. The empty ones are ideal for renting so strange they are not listed. Anyway, enjoyed the tour and look forward to watching you create your own green space around your new home 🏡 ♡♡♡
Glad u found a nice and cozy house to stay now. Ive been in that subsidivision a long time ago and i know its peacful and lots of greeneries in the sorrounding👍💪💪
The house looks great. Thank goodness you found a house in time. 😊👍🏡
Congrats guys...hope to see you soon with my sister from belgium ..will spend a vacation here...your no.1 followers 👍🏻
you guys are alot of fun. enjoy living here in the philippines!
That's a great looking place...thanks for sharing! Congrats and hoping your "elaw" (electricity) bill is a little better than that last place.
thanks for the tour of the neighborhood
First ❤️ congratulations on moving on new house stay safe always 🤙🤙
9th comment.
That is better than the old one.
Looks great 👍🏻
I love watching your videos. It makes me want to travel to the Phillipines even for just a month. It looks like such a beautiful place
Better plan on only a month since you're gonna be a bit surprised by the differences in the Philippines. Not the cleanest place I have ever been.
Haha I remember the pillboxes in Albania very well...Was deployed to Tirana way back in the late 90s during the Kosovo war...Those things were everywhere!
The new place is definitely an upgrade from the electricity sucking old one...
Neighborhood is okay too...Not far to the city center, quiet and I hear kids too...
Good stuff!
🙏🙏🙏
👍😎👍
Nice house and looks like a great area. Hope this works out much better then the other place. Enjoy
Good job Bianca learning Hiligaynon!!! Looking forward to talk to you in Hiligaynon! Greetings from Belgium!!!!
Hello guys! Its great that you've chosen Iloilo to settle. You should have visit & house hunt in Puerto Real Subdivision @ Lapaz. Its a gated & an exclusive subdivision which is well secured. Nice houses everywhere & a friendly neighborhood. Take time to visit the place & marvel at the houses in the area
Very nice buckskin color of the facade and fence. Happy living.
Meanwhile, in California, you only rent one room for 600 dollars (30k pesos), while in the Philippines, 28k monthly for the whole house.
House in province is cheaper than in metro manila
Wow 30k is so cheap like the rooms in Manila and Cebu.
@@eduardochavacano Why are people leaving California?
Increasingly high costs of living, housing, and transportation coupled with an increase in crime, pollution, and congestion...
@@joehinds29988 stfu, there are prolly more homeless in LA than in Iloilo
Lovely home, happy for you guys. It's a nice subdivision. Enjoy and be safe.
wow!! we’re actually neighbors!! see you around, guys!! 🤩
Hello Neighbor!
28k is not bad 😮 for that pretty relaxing architectural and safe house …😊
If you paint the water tank with black latex paint, it will absorb the sun's heat for warm showers. And you can use rubbing alcohol to quickly and easily remove the paint if you wanted to.
1000 watts per square meter adds up in bright sunlight
Enjoy your new home...
An awesome place, congrats guys!
nice place you've found...God bless!
Oh you hv babies! So cute! I wish you can always include them in your videos.
Those empty homes could possibly be a vacation house or foreclose . The subdivision probably did not have enough homes to keep it gated.
Awesome house! I miss my hometown. ❤️❤️❤️
I'm glad you've settled. I hope it works out this time.
Nice house and neighborhood. It seems to be quite a walk to the main street where you can get public transportation.
I think in that subdivision you can buy a residential lot only or if you want you can have a property there with a house thus they all have the same designs. Your community kinda looks quite okay and its decent enough for middle income families.
Toronto misses both of you. But your new neighbourhood looks so sweet.
Beautiful houses within your neighborhood...
Glad to see an expat couple living in Iloilo. Following your UA-cam videos makes us reconsider living in Zarraga, Iloilo in the near future. Keep your videos coming guys.
We are in the process of having our place in Molo refurbished. Hope to be staying around 4 months a year. May see you in Iloilo
another great video. you guys rock.
Rent a power hose so you can clean your sorroundings ,using power washer to clean the floor ,walls it will make a big difference those molds and mildews will disappear, goodluck.
Very nice! Place
Everytime i watched your vlogs the more i missed my hometown Iloilo...that neighborhood houses look very posh.
You and Bianca certainly made that house into a home.
Wow, "anay" gone! The important thing is you're together though thick/ thin.
Nice house! Oh I saw you last night with Bianca at Robinsons Pavia. Haha. Wanted to take photo with you two but I was too shy to ask haha. God bless you guys 🫶🏻
Usually in that kind of neighborhood, it wud be likely that some owners are actually abroad. And as such are having their decent houses for rent. You are lucky to have found a tranquil neighborhood where you can sleep soundly at night. Most owners of those houses are already "made" in a manner of speaking.
Don’t like the monthly invasion by the landlord ! Totally insane.
@@evelinholmes6401 i think that's reasonable as long as there's days ahead notice. my aunt had a house in baguio city which she was renting at the time in the 90s for about the same amount. she rented it to a foreigner as well which i believe was a veterinarian. when the scumbag moved out, the whole house had piss and poop from dogs and cats all over the place. a huge part of the house had carpet even some of the walls and most of the floor and wall was made of wood so imagine the damages and the amount it'll take to fix the house. it was such a beautiful house with big balcony plus less house around. it was surrounded on both sides plus the back with empty lots filled with pine trees and greenery and they are actually part of the property. the 30k rent was actually pretty darn cheap even back then. if she had a monthly inspection agreement with that scumbag tenant, she would have prevented further damage and cost. today that house would easily rent over 100k!
Those houses that might seem abandoned belong to overseas workers I'm almost positive.
Congrats again on finding your new home.
I have a ton of plants that I barely have time to care for. Lemme know if you're ready to green up, I'll hook you up. 😊
Outstanding new home.
Wow, i thought you’ll only be here for another 6 mos. Happy to know you’ll be able to stay another year 😊 I haven’t even yet bumped into you guys in the city 😂
Hi I'm one of your subscribers and follower..i used to work in the ME and now settled in JARO my home town.. Welcome to JARO guys, I lived 300 meters away from Augustin grove.. Hope to meet you guys in person later...
Good you moved❤
Nice beautiful house 💯🙌🏻☺️
Guys, don't leave your gate open any time at all.
Nice house Biancs and Mike ;)
Congratulations y'all I plan on living in Cebu, ❤ the kitchen, I am gonna find a dishwasher! I'm a tid older but I remember "The Good Humor " ice cream Trike in Detroit
nice❤
New crib is a lot prettier! Even the neighbor's houses around are awesome!! Much better indeed!
Excited to see how will your house tranform after having renovation
New haircut mate 👍great house 🏡
Wow you pass by my mom’s house, which is also the owner of ACETECH APARTELLE. Hope you can tour their house
Reflective film and during the night, when lights in bedroom on, also have a light outside.
pair indoor bedroom and outdoor light.
with modern LEDs shouldn´t use much power
Nice neighborhood 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽
Good choice of the house... You guys wont forget and compare iloilo into your next destinations of travel.
Congratulations
Your neighborhood looks nice.
Just watched this vid. My sister with her husband is just blocks away. Used to live there for like 8 years. Visiting from time to time though.
That’s a nice find. I’m here now looking for a good subdivision to build in. Not easy landing here cold with just a week
Congrats 🍾🎈 on your new home 🏡 the neighborhood looks beautiful 😍 May I ask where are you both from?
Stay safe and blessed you guys ❤
Canada
Augustine grove, a nice subdvision very accessible adjacent to westwoods and near in the city and megaworld.
We heard there are tennis courts at Westwood too
@@BiancaBeyond yeah actually been there once a badminton and tennis court its in a nearby road close to San Agustin High School and also if you want Thai Foods other than the Filipino foods you could try (Peppy Thai Deli & Nam Prik Thai Resto) is a go to resto also located close or a walk in distance to San Agustin High school.
Nice house very peaceful place 🇫🇮🇵🇭
I think its a class B negative type of subdivision but it's decent enough for middle class families
Better rent a condo for your inconvenience, transferring to a new house often is a big work. Keep safe guys...
Very Nice! Do you guys plan on living in the PI for good? Looking forward to going back to visit the PI in the near future. It’s been over 30 years 😮.
Congratulations you found a nice house
I was born in the Philippines, I now reside in Los Angeles, CA. I would suggest not giving out blueprint of your house to the public so easily where you live. Filipinos are very smart and really nice people but they can be really bad people and your safety is more important than having "likes" about your home. There's more things to talk about content wise. This is just a friendly advice as it seems like y'all are nice people and I don't like seeing nice people getting hurt. Goodluck to you guys!
Agreed. Don't be TOO trusting.
wishing you all the blessings.. Take care.. be safe
from Germany 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏👏👍👍🌹🌹🌹💪🏻💪🏻👋👋👋
I think the reason your stainless-steel water tank does not get hot is because it is double walled construction. Most people want cold water in hot regions of the world.
Put a check valve on the line if your paying for the water that fills the tank
Welcome to Augustine Groove Subd. We are just one block away from your apartment. Hope to meet you here. Enjoy your stay here...
Whoa
Congratulations
Good call on the pump. Saves you electricity money too. Excited for you electricity bill next month
lol... we love you two! so happy ur outta that other place!
The reason why you see few houses for rent, is because it's uncommon for filipinos to rent a big house. More common to just rent an apartment. 28k pesos per month rent even just 20k is insanely high for average pinoys. At that price people would rather get a housing loan
totally agree i honestly feel you can do better than that you just might have to try a different area
Nice and quiet township village
Congrats....inspect every month though, wow, seems obsessive
I was going to say the same. "Anything you add is ours?" Who does that?
@@Nighthawk2211 that is what the law says. If you attach something to the house which of course would be immovable, like a permanent structure, it becomes part of the house. It's a different thing for the furnitures which are movable, you can take it along when you leave the place.
There are some tenants who don't follow rules. You would just be surprised that they destroyed some parts of your property, dug the land and built other structures.
Ohh we're near.
Did you guy's finally purchase a house? Nice and congrats for both of you!
Thanks for staying in the ph.....mabuhay
Im happy for you two too 😊👍🏽💕😁😁
If you have friends visit with car they can oark inside if overnight or if you rented too
