Some models like QM8 go as far as triple the brightness… But I’ve found a darker room with OLED be a better movie experience than a brighter LED if your eyes are used to an OLED. I am hesitating atm. I've the opportunity to get a brand new 55S90C. A Qd-Oled. It's been 4 years since I received my Sony 55 Xg9505 (XG95) which I'm really happy with. If you feed it with 4k content, it's just superb for a Faled. The upscale with low content is pretty good. With 1080, pretty good but not perfect. Uhd is designed for 4k. Nintendo Switch on it, forget it. I can't stand it. Ps4 is better. Now about the Qd-Oled, I was waiting for the S90D in 55"... But in Europe, most of the models come with a Lg Woled panel 🙃😔 So the 90C still is a good alternative for a real Qd-Oled... Now I'm hesitating for many reasons. I fear that Samsung upscaling software is not decent enough. But it would be soon irrelevant cause Uhd Tv is slowly coming here. Then Tizen... Android OS is really good and intuitive. But what I fear the most, is the lifespan. I often heard about the pretended "Sony Tax"... I do not agree with that qualification. Sure it's more expensive, but if you buy a premium Bravia model, it will last for years. Samsung offers great products for the money involved. But they are on the podium, 1st place regarding obsolescence. I think materials inside are not as good as Sony or Panasonic, and the lifespan is shorted because of that. Not cheap one but questionable. Or is it designed for ??? Planned obsolescence. I think it is !

Bessere Preis, Verarbeitung, guter Halter inclusive, bessere Software, Dolby Vision. Meine Zimmer ist 40m², Entfernung 5,5-7,5m, mein aktueller TV...65" Plasma vom Panasonic.
Samsung its totaly not natural. Same like there phones. I like Sony or LG. Why people like cartoon colours? Verry strange, that's not the world in too much colour.
@randomreader1999. Hey thank you for the comment and checking out the video. Sometimes they can go blow for blow. So when there os content like a Pixar cartoon or a movie like avatar, I think that the color science of a samsung is more eye pleasing to watch. But when it comes to scenes that are more natural then I would tend to lien a little more on the g4 or A95L side. I do like the more natural look but primarily when the scenes demands it. They will all have there advantage over one another. There's other factors too like motion and fine details that come to into the overall experience too. Sharpness and 3d effect is also a big one personally for me. And I am a big gamer so I tend to not care as much for natural colors in 4k hdr gaming. But again we all have our preference. What I love about the g4 is it's build quality, menu system, flexibility, game optimizer menu. Black levels can be set in a very fine tune manner. It's new a11 processor can definitely pull more details out especially in 4k hdr gaming. And the motion is buttery smooth. Yea it may nit be able to get as colorful but there are other things to appreciate as well. It's upscaling is pretty good too. Skin tones are also nice
@edithboozy1000 Hey thank you for the comment and checking out the video. Ithink doesn't feel flimsy to me at all personally. Compared to the g4 and a95l it's not as solid but it still feels and looks higher end. I just think that the quality control is not as good thats all. There's a difference between quality control and build quality. Yes they can be related but quality control also has to do with the way the tv is handled after it's built too. The way they are moved in the warehouse to the way they are packaged and shipped. The level 9f quality control has allot to do with the way the parts are installed.
lg g4 is the better tv. samsung is waiting to destroy your picture quality and motion as soon as you purchase, with their next "new firmware update". with samsung you are one firmware update from a walmart tv

Bravia 9 has no freesync support nor 4k 144hz I'm a amd pc gamer it's a no go 4 me
EI MY MEN TELL ME 65 G4 1700 EUROS OR S90D FOR 1600??
@@Fabio-wc6rv hey thank you for the comment and checking out the video. Depends on your primary use case
. Please share
@@consumerreview2k my primary use is seing tv, netflix primevideo, i dont have ps or xbox and if i will plug something maybe will be just laptop or a tower
Is the S90D is using 3rd gen QD panel or is that exclusively reserved for S95D? And what’s the difference between S90C vs S90D if both use 2nd gen QD panels. 🤔
It is 2nd gen and a bit brighter but not much. Not really worth the price if you want to buy now.
which better 3d pop, A95l or S90d ?
@laserxlars8056. Hey thank you for the comment and checking out the video. I would probably give it to the S90D . Particularly in gaming
@@consumerreview2k thanks, good to know
Is S90D better than last year’s S95C??
@hastensavoir7782 in terms of connectivity yes. But brightness I don't personally think so at all.
@@consumerreview2k Picture Quality and detail?
@@hastensavoir7782 I think detail is better on the S95C in game mode personally.
Is it true LG G4 has a Faulty HDMI 2 alot of reviews are reporting this issue
Lmao already fixed
@@gregxx6977 good because I'M buying it next week thanks
@IGOTGAMEAJ. Hey, thank you for the comment and for checking out the video. Means more to me than you think. I haven't had that issue but yes I am aware of it.
Thanks for this video. Let's do the G4 vs S95D..
If you turn on dtm on lg g4 will crash s90d or s95d
Dtm work only for gaming content.. not for youtube netflix etc
Any chance you’ll pick a Bravia 9 or mini LED?
i think lg applies equivalent of sharpening on content thats why it looks sharper
And where is the BT.2020 color space test comparison?

Please consider adding this to your comparison in the future. It might be an eye opener
ogcod the up in coming goat tv reviewer
IM getting the Lg g4 with a Bose soundbar ULTRA with in the next two weeks. IM EXITED
@tahkhan5176. Hey thank you for the comment and checking out the video. Means allot. I like those bise systems. I want to get one one day. Nice combo. Please lmk how you like the tv when you get it.
Wise choice, TV of the year right there.
13:24 the leaf on the left looks much better on the S90D. The L looks more washed out and loses the lighting.
Does S90D have a HEATSINK?? I believe it doesn't 😮
No it does not but the g4 feels warmer after usage more then the S90D.
But in Europe, most of the models come with a Lg Woled panel 🙃😔
So the 90C still is a good alternative for a real Qd-Oled...
I use the g4 for pc, its unbelievable
Its not too big?i have the c3 oled but 48 inch i want to upgrade i am affraid that 55 inch is too big
@viktorfeherps5gameplays681 i have 2 desks. One for the tv and a little one 3 metres from it for keyboard and mouse. If you can accommodate a large viewing distance its well worth it. Monitors suck ass in comparison
~this tvs in my country are about the same price
s90d 77 3000$
g4 77 4300$
Bessere Preis, Verarbeitung, guter Halter inclusive, bessere Software, Dolby Vision.
Meine Zimmer ist 40m², Entfernung 5,5-7,5m, mein aktueller TV...65" Plasma vom Panasonic.
Hi Ogcod i hope you doing great, sorry i didn't follow you as before recently sorry, i was so busy.
Your are good. Thank you. If I get G4 can you help me calibrate!? 😊 Or you don't do that.
Put a profile picture that would be better 🎉

What is this obscene fascination with Filmmaker mode.
A Samsung QD-OLED in Standard mode will blow away every television.
@@chebrubinmy G4 in personalized mode destroy every single tv yea

@MerovingioMerv. Hey thank you for the comment and checking out the. Hope to see you more often in the comments. Thank you again
S90D > G4 > S95D > C4
G4 is slaying both Samsung's, the processing of Samsung is just not on LG's or Sony's level.
@@TheAntifluencer Und die Software ist besser. Warum diese grüner Strich und blasse Rottöne 😖
Thx for you answer. I can use that when buying my new TV. Thx🙂
Yup. The s90d looks great but Im not spending my money on that flimsy, unfinished piece of electronics
Samsung is a lot violet , lg g 4 win
lg g4 is the better tv. samsung is waiting to destroy your picture quality and motion as soon as you purchase, with their next "new firmware update". with samsung you are one firmware update from a walmart tv
lg pierde detalles en los negros
G4 has better picture
Can you share what you are using to split the hdmi?
