It’s very upsetting when a human hurts animals in any way, small or big. It should be considered as a crime, and the person should be punished equally by law. Ultimately, this type of law enforcement will prevent much worse crimes, and we will have a better society.
There are laws in place, thankfully for cruelty to animals. Historically, at the time he was growing up, torturing and killing animals was not a red flag/sign of a serial killer.
@@amyrussell860 yes, Thank God! I am very thrilled and grateful for the laws. However, they’re not equal and severe enough. When an animal goes missing, hurt, or murdered, it isn’t treated as same as if a person was in such a situation.
Yes. A very young Adolf Hitler was beaten into unconsciousness by his sadist father on at least one occasion, according to William Patrick Hitler, the black sheep of the Hitler family (he joined the US Navy in WWII).
@Jo Jo Hard to attribute with confidence, yes. In this case: (1) the subject's mother by all accounts was kind and nurturing, except for her inability to protect him from his father; (2) her doctor said he had never seen such grief as was displayed by subject when the mother died; (3) I've yet to find any accounts of violent behavior in any of Alois's other descendants. (4) Subject and his younger brother both had measles at the same time. Brother died of measles encephalitis. High probability subject also had it, a condition associated with loss of morals: after this illness, subject's grades deteriorated and he was found molesting another child. So I strongly suspect a genetic predisposition towards violence was not in play, here, though there is evidence of other genetic problems that subject almost certainly projected upon others, including his niece, with deadly results.
I agree it's unsettling when you consider the correlation between serial killers and head injuries at a young age. Also, it seems like there's a connection between men who have had head injuries (or multiple concussions) and men who murder their romantic partners. It seems like it affects a person's impulse control, at the very least.

When you mentioned the Happy Face killer at the end, something struck me like a Thunder Bolt (sic)! My best friend in High School was this chubby happy faced guy. One day he came upon an improbably large amount of money. He spent tons of money and we went to all kinds of celebrity parties and clubs and picked up tons of girls. Later, I found out that he stole it and after several other crimes, he did go to jail. After he was released. He moved to Germany and got married there. I also had a hot girlfriend. What a bizarre and disturbing set of 2 cases. It is a busy life for most just trying to survive and find happiness while for example doing the many tasks involved during parenting. Serial killers target people who they can easily victimize. Women most of the time fall into this category. Serial killers aren't gangsters who kill their equals. Whenever they finally end up in prison, they aren't respected by the perceived "real" gangsters.
John Wayne Gacy, Jeffrey Dahmer, Dean Corll. Dennis Nilson, Juan Coronna, Carl Panzram….exclusively men. Men and women BTK, Nightstalker, the Zodiac, Andre Chikatila, Son of Sam….

Talk about killers: A New Hampshire mother charged in her 5-year-old son’s disappearance allegedly called him “the next Ted Bundy” and said “I want him gone” just months before his remains were found.
Hi Dr Todd Grande, thank you for your level of detail and interpretation of cases as always! Would it be possible if you could do an analysis of serial killer Bible John? It’s a very interesting, unsolved case study
I found a girls drivers license out in a field one time and thought that it might be important. Called and told the police and they had no interest at all. Didn't even ask the name. Acted like I was wasting their time.
Apparently you're not meant to involve the police but can mail it by just putting it in a mailbox. Did they tell you to do that? Also did you Google the name or anything?
Weird stuff, Laverne needed a hobby and a back bone to leave that man. Another lesson to be learned is never be honest to the point of strangulation. It's a very unusual case here, but most of these people could have avoided this fate by NOT talking to this man. It's a shame someone can kill so many before ever getting caught. Great video DR,G
Mr. Jesperson's claims of 8 days of insanity has some merit. It seems as though he did not plan the murders but they were a result of peak emotions. It's likely he felt extremely powerless when being admonished or pressured. The feelings of fear must have been very intense and his desire to regain power resulted in extreme actions. Temporary insanity may be the proper description. He seems to have regret for his henious actions. With that said, he should remain incarcerated for life. 🤷♂️🦉
Hi Erik. I think you may be right about Keith's mental state when he committed the murders. They didn't seem planned. But Laverne and John. What were those two thinking? I guess they weren't! 🤔
Make a video about Babis Anagnostopoulos who murdered his wife and the family dog in front of his daughter. For one month the police was searching for someone that entered the house but it was him who killed his wife. Now he is in prison.
Doc, you had me thinking nice work, Then you say,"""" Sometimes justice hinges on the discussions of a Squiial "" I'll remember that one for a long time
If a killer is random and picks, shall we say less than perfect targets, and is somewhat careful and lucky no law enforcement can follow that kind of trail. But often if the signs of trouble are recognized early on from all the multitude of bad acts some form of deterance can circumvent the worse crimes and save society from this kind of killing spree.

Oh, I had a neighbor who shot me in the butt with a bb gun all the time. His mom said it was because he liked me. My stepdad grabbed the bb gun and busted it to pieces against their tree. It was a Daisy too.
A daisy? "She loves me (whap!); she loves me not (whap!) . . ."
Don't you hate it when your parents lie to you like that? Mine did the same. 😆
💔💔💔💔💔🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 Prayers for All of his Innocent Victims.., and the Families.
I wanna hear your thoughts on Michelle Michaud and Katherine Knight. They are some of the most evil women I've heard of. Also cover Tami Jo Blanchard who was murdered by her bf. It was very brutal and he had a very sordid history. Always love to hear your thoughts Doc. Have a good week everyone!
Haha Mine is the first comment - "used alcohol excessively"..... I like it, Dr Grande!!
Thank you for posting an actual comment and not just saying "first"
It's possible that we all went to school with a serial killer.
Woot woot! Dr G!
Thanks, Doc.
Greetings Dr. G. Thank You for another Great Video. I am always surprised when I hear about people like Laverne. She seemed to be exceptionally smart. Smart enough to decipher certain clues that fit the facts. However it seems to me that she wasted a God given talent. It is sad to think of all of the crimes that Laverne could have had a hand in solving with the skills she seems to possess. Therefore I find it Sad in more ways than one. Take Care, Stay Safe Dr. G & please have a Wonderful Thanksgiving Week ! Sincerely 🙏 & ✌️
Second the holiday wishes!
@@bthomson DITTO - Please pass along Good Wishes for a Safe & Happy Thanksgiving 🦃🙏 &✌️
Laverne could've used her smarts for good and been really helpful to investigators in general if she hadn't tried to implicate herself falsely
i don't think the police would have believed her then
She did her homework alright. But not much critical thinking going on there!

That squirrel didn't even consider the consequences of their actions
…and Laverne is another story. It’s unfathomable how there are so many odd people around us.
Anyone else going to Hell for cracking up at "Igor and Baby Huey"?
Yes. I laughed. Mostly because Baby Huey was, well still IS my brother's nickname. He doesn't mind. He's an odd duck! 🐣
More people in the world are crazy then most people Think.
Talk about killers: A New Hampshire mother charged in her 5-year-old son’s disappearance allegedly called him “the next Ted Bundy” and said “I want him gone” just months before his remains were found.
Todd please diagnose Todd Kolhepp.
Todd diagnoses Todd
Hi Dr Todd Grande, thank you for your level of detail and interpretation of cases as always! Would it be possible if you could do an analysis of serial killer Bible John? It’s a very interesting, unsolved case study
Great analysis! Thanks.
I found a girls drivers license out in a field one time and thought that it might be important. Called and told the police and they had no interest at all. Didn't even ask the name. Acted like I was wasting their time.
Police don't care.
Real police aren't like tv police.
I don't think I would ever call them.🙃
YOU did the right thing.
🤷♂️🦉
Erik, that was a great comment 😊🎶🎼.
Erik - How did you get that owl emoji? I want one and don't have one! 🤔🦃🐔🐓🐧🐦🐥🕊
@@bthomson 🦉 I have one. Are you on iPhone? If not maybe that’s why.
Hi Erik. I think you may be right about Keith's mental state when he committed the murders. They didn't seem planned. But Laverne and John. What were those two thinking? I guess they weren't! 🤔
@@Mama_Bear524 I have one 🦉and no iPhone. I have a new phone tho.
"Sometumes justice hinges on the decisions of a squirrel" sounds like the epic tag line to a movie about a Squirrel Punisher or something
They should question every squirrel on every crime scene.
Dr. Grande, please consider analyzing the Papin sisters.
Sometimes justice depends on the decisions of a squirrel. 😂
Hi Dr. Grande, have you done an analysis on the Turpin family house of horror? Thanks.
Yes he did !
Make a video about Babis Anagnostopoulos who murdered his wife and the family dog in front of his daughter. For one month the police was searching for someone that entered the house but it was him who killed his wife. Now he is in prison.
Doc, you had me thinking
nice work, Then you say,""""
Sometimes justice hinges
on the discussions of a
Squiial "" I'll remember that one for a long time
Dr. Grande- can you please analyze the Black Alien Project? Love to hear your thoughts. Appreciation from Portland OR
Happy Face Killa sounds like an Insane Clown Posse member
Until this video that is actually what I thought! 😮
You're just going to glance over "shot a teacher with an arrow that had an exploding tip."? We need to explore this further.
🏹
Ikr? What's up with that? 🏹😭
Happy face killer, like Red John from “The Mentalist”!!!
The name "Happy Face Killer" makes my skin crawl.
He had plenty of Red Flags, didn't he??!!
Thank you. You are a beautiful person 😀❤👍
I don't see how this man's family didn't think he seriously needed help. He started acting out at 5 or 6. Maybe he could have been helped.
First Lesson...confessions are highly valued by juries.
Looking nice today, Dr. Grande.
I enjoy your videos I’m just wondering if you can do an unsolved case analysis on this the Setagaya family murders in japan
Animal cruelty, theft, assault, 3 attempted murders.
Justice system: "You can go"
Jespersen: "Thanks! Oh btw, can I join the police force?"
Justice system: "Welcome aboard!"
Thank you.
