Why'd you clean that buret 60 times? Just add NaOH and HCl and sit back watching them neutralize. You doing that "washing" thing have completely removed the whole pleasure of the video.
I think it is to wash down the titrant/ solution adhering to the side of the flask. If it is not washed down, it may affect the accuracy of the measurement.
@CEEA Erasmus - safety first! Why wear gloves but no lab coat or eye protection? That is the worst design of burette I've ever seen! The elbow bend does nothing except introduce instability and a weak point for it to break at. I also hope that is a pre-washed or single-use paper clip you were using to introduce an air channel under the funnel ;-) Given your love of using filter paper I'm surprised you didn't just roll up a piece of that and fold it over the top! You should just put a joint sealing clip on the funnel stem if you are that worried about air pressure equalisation and potential solvent blow-back but I always used to use my other hand to lift the funnel a little - no chance of introducing crud into your nice, clean burette then! The main equipment related thing I wanted to ask though is why the heck be so meticulous about cleaning the pipette if you are then going to drag the tip along the bench top?! Procedure wise, you expect your students to be psychic or something? Either tell them to do a rough titration first to establish the approximate end point and/or you should tell them that the indicator colour change will persist longer and longer the nearer you get to the actual titration end point. I was taught that the final indicator colour change should be brought about by the addition of a single drop of solution.
If I clean the pipette and flask with this amount of sample, I will be expelled from the university 😂

No because the amount of Sample is not changing. Change in concentration will not effect this.
