  • This chemistry video tutorial explains how to solve acid base titration problems. It provides a basic introduction into acid base titrations with the calculations, formulas, & equations that go with it. It explains how to solve acid base titration problems using a formula and a conversion process in typical solution stoichiometry problems. This video contains plenty of examples and practice problems including those with KHP.

You can’t let topics like these stop you it’s not worth I almost dropped an accounting class because I couldn’t find my mistakes in a statement so I sat down and looked over everything carefully and I found out how to solve it right now I am doing the same thing with Stoichiometry luckily for me the only section I’m having a little bit of a hard time is Titration but I will figure it out soon

for anyone who is struggling with questions like no.3 and don't know how to use the stoichiometry rule, first round ml to L (divide by 1000) then do M1V1, when you get the answer divide it with the given Molarmass and youll get the same answer

Im wondering why you put a 2 in front of the reactant with more OH/H. Wouldn't you want to double the one with less H/OH so that the quantities of H and OH are equal?

    • @nathanfaulstich2939

You wouldn't. These problems are examples of applying methods of stoichiometric coefficients. So, he's basically just set up a ratio of coefficients relative to amt of H ions that will be neutralized.
