I remember about 15 years ago, or so, a company trying to sell a product called the DIVA. It was a recording unit that could accept multiple camera inputs and you could tailor how you wanted to record. I think it was mostly marketed to track day enthusiasts who would want to record track footage. I remember being very excited about it but then never saw anything about it. It looks like what many trucking companies use for multiple camera setups today. It's about time the consumer market got some more comprehensive systems besides simple 2 channel and suction cup multi channel dash units.
Great breakdown of your setup. What I would suggest for wiring is to just run some wire to the cars headliner in the various camera locations (like you currently have) but then crimp/solder in your own connectors (something widely available). This would allow you to quickly make an adapter out of the wire the camera provides, you won't be tied to their proprietary plug and having to re-run cable every time.
Great setup and good pointers. To remove the confusion of which sd-card to remove, I'll just keep the original setup. So front/rear in one sd-card and for the sides in another sd-card.
Could you possibly post a comment about the wiring setup for the 3-battery pack? Curious how the two Blackvue main units are connected / powered. Did you have to splice the second cam into the cable that goes to the main 124x battery? thank you.
@@TheLifeOnHigh dang this sucks. I was trying to find something my bf could use on his 18wheeler similar to tesla cams. I know fleet companies can buy them for trucks, but idk how to get one for just him as an individual

So crazy to see other people also nerd out about this stuff. Such a great set-up with the 4-way video on 2 separate systems. Redundancy is always great. Redundancy is always great. (lol... get it?) Between the radar detectors, dash cams, cellphone mount & built-in GPS you have a whole command center there. Always a great feeling. I gotta look into some of those backup batteries so I can take advantage of parking-modes. I Can definitely fit one in a similar compartment to yours.
Any news 1year later about a 360 system? I was thinking of maybe doing some D.I.Y with maybe a raspberry pi or a extra phone to get 2 extra channels (sides). Think i put 2 cameras under side mirrors close to the carbody or mayby 3d-print a new mount for the turn indicators to hold both camera and indicators to get pictures if someone slams their own car door into my car or so. I have an old insta 360 one x. If I could put one lense on each side I would cover all that a front+back dashcam would miss. Lot of fun stuff to think about but a seperat 2channel side dvr I can buy would fit me best.
I have the DR750 LTE - 2 CH and the DR900S-2 CH. Currently, I have two front facing, (the main cams) and two rear facing, (the smaller cams.) I have been thinking about doing exactly what you have done here, and now that I am motivated, I'll check to see that I have enough replacement 3M adhesive pads and get to work on this next week. Thanks for giving me the push to do it.
currently my dad runs a Rexing V1P+ duel dash cam setup for a 1995 Nissan Quest Minivan. lets just say that I wanted to get him a late birthday present along with a duel cigarette lighter USB converter. suffice to say it takes a bit to get it going but it does work, it does 1080p up front and 720p in the rear. So far we've done a few tests in the park and so far it's worked for a trip down to Monterrey (I had to advise him on how to get it to record plus ordering a USB card reader just to get the footage off the card and onto the computer to be edited.) Now for my setup I'm going to be running 4 Rexing V1P+ Duel Dash cam's for the front, rear and the use the rear cam's as left and right in a 2006 Dodge Charger SRT8 (converted to electric). I already have the Rexing connect app already installed on my phone.
I had a DVR with 4 channels installed in my car due to vandalism issues at work. One camera was a rear license plate frame mounted unit and the other was a forward facing interior windshield mount. The last two camera I had mounted to my side view mirror stalks/mounts(flush mounted). These last two cameras could record any side view keying of car or closeness of road raging drivers while passing etc.. All cameras were motion activated and system ran off my battery while at work for 10-12 hrs.
Forgot to add that I had planned to add a few Harbor Freight solar/battery chargers to extend battery life but never got around to it. They fit perfectly within the sliding sunroof shade sleeve. I never found the PC based DVR to be user friendly since this was before WiFi and Bluetooth and no 9 volt Apple friendly DVRs were available. Nowadays Tesla for example will do all my system did and send notifications etc. I plan on installing an identical system in my 2019 Civic finances allowing. Interior front/back,side view mirror mounts and maybe side view cameras mounted to roll cage. The battery backups and a 6 or 8 channel DVR might be cool as well.
Just spitballing once again for my 2019 Honda Covic as far as side camera options. Honda sense side view mirrors seem like an all in one built in option. I’m not sure about the aesthetics but would seem a lot cheaper than a custom camera mount on the mirror stalk. A higher grade camera could be installed if factory resolution not adequate…
Nice setup. A low tech solution to your fixed side camera's so you could capture less footage toward the rear and a more balanced capture towards the front, like a police encounter would be to use a low angle wedge that you could affix to the window then your camera to the wedge.
I didn't know there was a dash cam that had the ability to look out the sides with 2 small cameras like that one that sticks to the windshield. I've been wondering if there was a less complicated way to record video while the car is parked besides running 2 blackvue 2ch setups. I really need something that can protect my car for over 12 hrs per day in high resolution while parked more than anything else. It's what I'm not around to see with my own eyes that concerns me.
I’m in your same shoes. I have a male with female genes messing with my car and I need a 360 type of thing recording any motion that get close to my car.
11:20 since you asked, i currently use a single cell phone held by a phone holder suctioned to my sunroof. I can rotate it 360 degrees easily and transfer the video files very easily. This was a cheap alternative method to a dedicated dashcam system which is exorbitantly priced. My cell phone cost only $50. I have multiple smart phones and multiple phone holders for simultaneous multiple angles. The drawback is that i cant control the recording function of all of them while driving, so I only use the one up front that I can manually rotate and operate from the driver's seat. It's fun.
I use two dash camera’s Thinkware for exterior use only from and rear, and Samomo for the interior’s facing towards the driver’s and the rear facing towards the front of the car interior. I have this set up because Uber and Lfty driver’s get accused of false statements. It I’m looking for side impact dash camper’s for insurance false claims. I am interested on which Wi-Fi set up is best for cellphone use.
Nice set up - FYI I installed a set of four cameras that connect to a single screen and record all events onto one memory card. This setup is more efficient than your current system, which requires using four separate memory cards.
Which cam do you use for that? Both setups have the pros and cons. Usually dual 2CH setups like this give you higher video quality as well as a backup in case of a failure, but the integrated setup on one card instead of two is certainly more convenient.
Seen a number of people install two sets of front and rear dashcams.. and they all seem to install the two rear cameras in the same place as in this video... fixed rear quarter light looking out. I'm wondering if, car dependent, it wouldn't be better to install the side cameras inside the car but looking across the inside like maybe the pillar above headrest. I know the down side would be less view range but the coverage / angle would be better.
It just sucks there's no good All in one solution for a four or even six channel setup. Personally I'd like the six channel so I can have two cameras and staring out of my windows over my head for police interactions at both windows since sometimes they will use one or both windows. I know I know it's a lot of cameras but it's what I would like. Maybe I'll just end up making a homemade pi solution.
Good morning, congratulations not only for this review, but also for the whole channel! I am very interested in this "Blackvue 2-channel dual dashcam" system, especially for its parking and cloud functions. However, I have some questions, if you can please answer me, whose answers I have not yet been able to find: 1) do 2-channel dashcams, since they record "double" videos (front and rear), take up double the space on the microSD? That is, do you have to divide the estimated time of recordable videos in half (for example 5 hours total instead of 10) compared to 1-channel ones? 2) how long do parking recordings last approximately before the car battery drops to the set voltage (let's say the minimum possible that allows the dash to stay on as long as possible) and the dashcam turns off? The optional Blackvue Power Magic Ultra Battery B-130X would obviously help, but it costs about $390... how many more hours does it guarantee? Do I need two ($780) since it's "4 channels" or is one enough? 3) If I wanted to use parking and this dashcam is a 2-channel with 4K + HD, how many hours of recording would a 64 GB micro SD guarantee? How many hours a 256 GB micro SD? I would like to avoid the memory filling up too quickly and the files being overwritten. 4) In the case of a cloud subscription, would it be necessary to double the costs since it's 2 Blackvue with 2 separate channels? It is obvious that with the super battery and a 256GB microSD (compared to 64GB) I am more relaxed, but if I have to buy 2 Blackvue 2-channel, plus 2 Blackvue Power Magic Ultra Battery B-130X plus 2 256GB micro SD (in addition to the cost of the installer and the cloud subscription) I will spend no less than $ 2,000 just to start... Thanks in advance for the answers (even if not all) that you can give me and congratulations again for everything!!!!
is there an exterior camera that can record 360? like a small hexagonal 'R2-D2' head that can sit atop a vehicle? Something that could be used on a convertible that has no fixed windows?
In 2024 for a V6 Pickup Truck, I want a setup that monitors my North, South, West and East while driving and while the vehicle is off. What would you suggest if maximum budget is $4,000?
Your channel and videos really did help me with a ton of information and helped me decide on a dashcam. Don't have Blackvue in India (where I am based) but wondered how you would have handled such a situation. I got a 129. Apart from all the good things and short comings covered in your channel, I felt a couple of things were missing and which were important for me. I wanted to have a 4 side coverage like you have shown so well here. Since there aren't any 4 camera dashcams around yet, I decided to go for 2 dashcams with a dual (front & rear) cameras like you did here. So in all 4 different views from 2 different dashcams (front & rear twice). Here is where I ran into a couple of issues that were important for me. 1.I cannot connect 2 different Viofo Dashcams to my Viofo App on my mobile app simultaneously. This is the case even if both were Viofo Dashcams. I will have to decide which of the two I want to connect my mobile to. Alternatively, I will have to buy myself another mobile phone connection and then have both the Dashcam recordings in two separate mobiles. 2. The second is that I cannot connect a single A 129 to two different mobiles simultaneously. Say if I were to loose my mobile, my 2nd mobile would have all the recordings (even though the loss of my mobile would be bad, my loss of the recordings may just save the day). Imaginary/ Hypothetical ? Not really. I actually have this on a GPS tracker that I use. 2 different devices (like 2 different dashcams). Their mobile App can store (and therefore track) multiple devices to a single app. Additionally, I have this on 2 different mobiles (not sure if it can be added on more…did not need it on more). Not that I am in any way connected to it nor am I being sponsored to say so, but OneLap Go is one such (there could be more)….So I am speaking from the experience of using multiple trackers on a single mobile app and the use of tracking on different set of mobiles simultaneously. My plan is to travel a lot across different regions that speak different languages and under different governments…hence…. So now I have to decide how I wish to go about the 2nd Dashcam to ensure 4 side coverage - any dashcam other than a Viofo or to live with 2 mobiles each capturing one set of dashcams.
I’m definitely getting this. I just recently bought a 18 plate bmw 320 msport. And a red van hit the side. While I was parked up. The whole left side is ruined. Luckily the Neighbours have cctv. So might be ok. But I’m definitely getting these
This is the best set up! T-bone evidence is as important, in some cases more important than front or back! I also prefer Viofo 4K quality compared to others, but if it doesn't have cloud then, that is a minus
the cams with the cloud option, do these stream and save directly to the cloud? meaning for example in case of a car accident where even the camera got destroyed, does the footage get to be persisted in cloud to the very last second of the crash ?
Do you have a recommendation for left (and right facing) cameras and displays to see street traffic to left and right without having to turn your head? Perhaps grill mounted water proof?
Nice! My question is ,when it comes to the apps for dash cams, if you want to do this, can you have 2 cameras on 1 app? Or do you need 2 phones and 2 separate accounts? This is exactly what I need for protection against police encounters. Thanks for any answers!
Do any of these have a mode where it will only record when parked and car is off (for hit and run while im parked) or will only save data if I tell it to (a save last 5 minutes button)? Dont want my own recording used against me in court if I’m going 10 over or something.
1.5 hours worth of info in 12 minutes grab a note pad. This was great info I watched it multiple times. I wish you would get with the manufacturers and make a system with your WiFi hotspot and 360 cameras and battery backup and build it into one unit. Thanks
Hey vortex this is kinda off topic, what do you think of a 4k ir dashcam facing outside instead of inside the cabin to catch license plate at night? Because I was thinking the ir would reduce the light glare on license plate at night which would give you better details??
The IR LED's are very weak and are only meant for lighting up people inside a dark cabin. They're not going to be powerful enough to light up things outside.
I have a 4 channel in my car, although it's different, I have forward and rear facing external cameras then I have a front overhead (rear edge of the sunroof) that captures the front passenger area and a little out the front side windows and then one that sits above the RVM facing rear that shows the rear passenger area. Did this partially in case of a break in or for any encounters with police/road rangers where my behavior might be called into question. As well as capturing some good JTK action with ALP. I am planning to add a couple more cheaper cameras for side view too... Probably will be a 6 channel setup when done.
Good thing you explained within the first minute or so that you're using 2 Seperate cams, so that I need not waste anymore time. Thanks ! I'm looking for a 4 way camera for my vehicle only. Not looking to purchase 2 seperate cameras for God's sake lol. Thx bye
You have talked only, why can't you record the camera views of your set up while driving, left turn and right turn etc. so that have a clearer pictures?
Have you thought about mounting solar power banks and run the cams that way. Less wire for sure. I’m going to try it but would appreciate your thoughts especially if you’ve tried it
I’ve tried two different solar configurations and didn’t like it. It didn’t always work well, plus it was a pain to put the panels up and down and switch power sources.
Just had an incident where 2 high school boys pulled up to my left after honking at me. I rolled my window down to ask if something was wrong, and they said I cut them off and they flipped me off. I had my disabled child with me and I chose safety and did not engage with them further. This incident lead me to want to get dash cams. I found your video and this looks like it might be helpful. I wonder would the side mounted camera, if on the back fixed window, be able to capture enough of what's outside the driver's side window? If yes, this would be super helpful in such situations. Thank you @vortexradar
Sorry to hear that! It will depend on how far away they are. If they’re in a car next to you, it’ll usually be okay. If they’re right next to your drivers or passenger side window, that’ll likely be too close to be picked up. I wide interior cabin camera can help add coverage out the front windows, depending on where you install it, how wide the lens is, and how wide your vehicle is of course.
I’m a cab in NYC with two black view 750 S unit Bozeman cameras face out front and back and see smaller cameras face in front and back. Right now I’m using the B1 12 battery for parking mode with one set of cameras I’d like to switching to the B1 24S with expandable batteries, fat I’m not sure how to handle the power set up.I was thinking slice the power cords for phones to channel cameras together to connect to the OBD two port. I’m just wondering does the OBD port provide sufficient amperage for for channels to be connected to port?
I have a 2010 Chevy Express 3500 LT. I travel alot. We are a vendor at fla markets and I drive the Old world Amish around also. I like to have a similar setup with front, back and side cameras. Can you tell tell me what I need to purchase (parts list) for a basic 4 cam set up.
This is the best video I've seen on the matter. Would it be realistic to have like a raspberry pi tiny computer or Chromebook that's cheap like less than $100 and have lots of webcams

Came here from the BlackVue site. Good review, but was hoping to see BlackVue come up with a front, rear and 2 adjustable interior cameras. Seems like only this unknown (to me) brand "Pruveeo D90-4CH" has that capability? Come on BlackVue
Hi, this is bizzare.... only yesterday I decided that I would use 2 x 2 channel dash cams in my car, and set them up with the 4k "Front" cams front and rear, and the 1080P "Rear" cams on the sides (exactly how you did it in your car), and then today, I saw your video...!!! :) I like the battery backup system that you have, and I will look into doing something similar... thank you :)
Professional truck driver, here. I'm looking for a setup, likely a three channel, that has rugged cameras that can be permanently affixed to the exterior of my truck. The forward facing camera isn't super important, as it'll likely be mounted to the windshield, but I need the two on the sides to be able to see all the way down both sides of my trailer, with a wide enough viewing angle to overlap with the view from the front facing camera. Do you have any recommendations?
It would be nice to have a diagram that shows the blindspots with the current set-up. It seems like 4 cameras wouldn't be enough for a full 360 degree view.
I was thinking of getting 2 sets of Viofo A139 dual channels. Hook one main cam in the front. Hook the next 2K main cam in the rear and the two small 1080 cams on both sides to the rear main cam. The A139 can work as 2ch or 3ch. I wonder if it will drain my car battery? And if it is really necessary for the two side cam
Blackvue just came out with a 3 channel system. I'm think of getting that along with the 2 channel LTE DR750X plus. Then I'll have front, back, sides and interior. Not to mention LTE is built in, which I plan on linking that to the 3 channel. Lol, that's overkill for sure.
What kind of power packs do you have? Are you not worried about heat building up in your car? I picked my cameras specifically so they don't contain LiPo or similar :)
If you use two separate batteries, each dashcam gets its own battery. If one battery is an expansion for the other, you just wire both batteries into the single output.
I was rear ended about 2 weeks ago. Now I was coming home and some idiot run the red light and I had to get out of their way to avoid them t-boning me, and this was 10 minutes after I was thinking about installing cameras in case someone would hit me again. Also vandalism is so common now too, I think manufacturers should consider this feature.
thank you for the info and also image comparison, i could not have imagined such a huge difference between a $250 camera and a $450 where the winner is actually the cheaper one :O go figure...
how did you merge all 4 recordings onto one video. I work as a Occupational therapist in VA and conduct driving videos. I would love to learn how you had edited this so i can replay the 4 recording simultaneously for playback review. Thank you !!!
I did it in FinalCut Pro, my video editor. You can do the same thing in any editor. You just shrink the original files and arrange them in a grid, sync them up, and there you go.
Thanks for this great info. Slightly off topic. You have mentioned in another video (adding WiFi for dashcam Cloud connection) and, showing the setup again here, that you run both the Blackvue B-124 and Cellink Neo and an extender and I am wondering if we can get more details on that setup. I run a Thinkware U1000 to a Cellink Neo but want to add the SyncUp drive, so, I need a USB port. I am ordering the Blackvue B-124x for this but wondering if I can connect both the Cellink Neo and Blackvue B-124x main units together like a Main+Extender. Also, the OBDII to USB you linked in the previous video I mentioned is not on Amazon, so, do you have any other recommendations (others I have researched seam to disconnect after a short period). Thanks
You can’t do that, but you can mix and match main batteries and extenders. I have the Cellink Neo expansion plugged into the B124, for example. As for OBDII adapters, I’m not aware of any others, sorry.
Omg, so much info. I was just hit on the side so I want the whole front rear and both side views as well. I want good quality, night vision and want them to record all the time while driving and parked. Idk that I like the idea of needing SD cards. Maybe like where it sends it to your iCloud or something? And I don’t want to have to remember to turn them on or off. I know nothing about electronics or computer savvy so can you dumb this down as much as possible for me and tell me what I need exactly to meet my requirements? Sorry, but this is all confusing to me. I just want the easiest set up possible. A lady side just side swiped me and is denying liability so I want to be able to capture views of the outside front rear left and right. Thanks!
how did you power your 4 channel setup? Are the 3 batteries that you're using just one main battery and 2 extenders? I currently have a similar setup and want to make a 4 channel but since I'm already hardwired in to 1 battery and 1 extender, I wanted to know if I need to splice the 3 pin connector for each dash cam into itself so I can power both cameras off of one battery.
You can totally power multiple dashcams off of one battery. Just connect both to the same output cable. I have two separate batteries in parallel (one also with an extender which I’ll ignore for a moment) because it allows them to both charge simultaneously. It doubles the current draw, but also halves the time it would take to fully recharge both batteries.
@@VortexRadar whoa... could you elaborate on the charging simultaneously and and halving charge time? I put in two DR900X-2CH Plus into my vehicle. I spliced on of the camera output cables to the other so two cameras are being powered off of the main (didn't get a chance to hardwire the second setup) so the main b124x+b124e (2) are being charged by 1 hardwire input from my fuse panel. I plan to separate the cameras so they can run 1x b124x and 1x b124e seperately. I hate having to idle so long to charge these batteries. I have been desk charging them in my home via a AC to DC converter.
Question, I have a 2019 X5 and I have the BMW Car Eye 2.0 and I’m considering getting another dash cam that covers the interior and driver side view. Can you recommend a good dash cam and if I should install a cellink battery pack?
I've been wanting a 4 camera dash cam setup for years with them recording to a SSD since it can be written to faster and more reliable, but the only thing I can find are some pretty expensive NVRs, but it has been difficult to find one that records GPS.
Unfortunately all I've found are commercial grade dashcams which are usually bulky. But they don't look too bad on SUVs. Like for example look at the GNET GT700.
I would like to know do you have the whole 4 channel setup on the cloud? I have the 4 channel, but only installed front & rear and it's on the cloud. The 2nd set will be for sides. I dont think I'll add lte to the 2nd set due to $, so I'll leave front and rear to original 2 channel.
I used to, but my external WiFi hotspot has since died. I’m now using Blackvue’s hotspot, but it only allows for one 2CH system yo connect to the cloud. I can’t connect a second 2CH dashcam to the first (yet?).
@@VortexRadar I'm using 2 separate batteries on 1 cigarette splitter to cars port. One of the batteries starts beeping, causing the splitter to lose power intermittently, making it hot so I'll have to unplug it. Do you know what may be causing this?
This man is the dash cam extraordinaire. I came here researching a good set of side cameras and now I want that awesome 4 channel setup.

Could you possibly post a comment about the wiring setup for the 3-battery pack? Curious how the two Blackvue main units are connected / powered. Did you have to splice the second cam into the cable that goes to the main 124x battery? thank you.

Do you think those adhesive pads can be completely removed from interior panels?
I've been thinking about doing this with a pair of A129 Pro Duo systems.
Hey, have you done it yet? If so, whats your set up and how does it work for you? I'm exploring a few options and almost have my choices narrowed down

currently my dad runs a Rexing V1P+ duel dash cam setup for a 1995 Nissan Quest Minivan. lets just say that I wanted to get him a late birthday present along with a duel cigarette lighter USB converter. suffice to say it takes a bit to get it going but it does work, it does 1080p up front and 720p in the rear. So far we've done a few tests in the park and so far it's worked for a trip down to Monterrey (I had to advise him on how to get it to record plus ordering a USB card reader just to get the footage off the card and onto the computer to be edited.)
Now for my setup I'm going to be running 4 Rexing V1P+ Duel Dash cam's for the front, rear and the use the rear cam's as left and right in a 2006 Dodge Charger SRT8 (converted to electric).
A higher grade camera could be installed if factory resolution not adequate…
car battery?
What is the dvr with 4 channels you have?
I need something for motion like the have
I need a 8 channel so I can catch those parking lot door opening clowns: grab their license plates
You mean those bloody ding-bats?
Gad i need it too
Same here!
What products have you found so far
Wow that's a ton of cameras 😅
Do you have videos on your channel that talk about the relationship between your dash cams and the mobile hot spot Id like to learn more about this.
Thanks for the vid! I was waiting awhile for this
Seen a number of people install two sets of front and rear dashcams.. and they all seem to install the two rear cameras in the same place as in this video... fixed rear quarter light looking out. I'm wondering if, car dependent, it wouldn't be better to install the side cameras inside the car but looking across the inside like maybe the pillar above headrest. I know the down side would be less view range but the coverage / angle would be better.
i run the Viofo A129 Pro and am thinking about doing the same as you, running a second system so i can do the rear cameras as side view ones.
A 4-channel would do the job if the side cameras were turned 180 degrees. You'd retain the side views, but add 2 cabin views as well.
@@DeathAngelHRA any reliable 4 channel systems out there that you'd recommend???
Hi, can you explain how you connected both cameras to the batteries??
You could add some extra adhesive padding to the camera mount to allow you to change your angle. That way you could film your drivers door.
That's a great idea. Do you which dash cams are good to buy since I get pulled over by the police often😥?
Good morning,
congratulations not only for this review, but also for the whole channel!
I am very interested in this "Blackvue 2-channel dual dashcam" system, especially for its parking and cloud functions.
However, I have some questions, if you can please answer me, whose answers I have not yet been able to find:
1) do 2-channel dashcams, since they record "double" videos (front and rear), take up double the space on the microSD?
Is it possible to mount 2 more? One on each side. Where the door opens up. That corner panel area.
Hmm...I'm thinking maybe I'd do front, rear, interior and...roof...or something. Love having visibility, especially while parked.
Do any of these have a mode where it will only record when parked and car is off (for hit and run while im parked) or will only save data if I tell it to (a save last 5 minutes button)? Dont want my own recording used against me in court if I’m going 10 over or something.

Do you have any recommendations?
same.

Have you looked at the garmin 46-66 series of cams and maybe the minis they supposedly sync video for up to 4 1080p/1440p cameras
It would be nice to have a diagram that shows the blindspots with the current set-up. It seems like 4 cameras wouldn't be enough for a full 360 degree view.
It depends on which cameras you choose and the field of view of each, how big your car is, and where you mount your cams. So YMMV.
Lol, that's overkill for sure.
lol that sounds like a cool setup
What kind of power packs do you have? Are you not worried about heat building up in your car? I picked my cameras specifically so they don't contain LiPo or similar :)
Voertex How do you power 2 cams from batteries? Battery has only 1 output. How did you do 1 dashcam output into 2 to power 2 cameras?
If you use two separate batteries, each dashcam gets its own battery. If one battery is an expansion for the other, you just wire both batteries into the single output.
You could also wait for the Viofo A139 due out next month as well.
Thanks for the heads up! Yeah there's always new stuff coming.... :)

Thanks!
How do I get this in my car? Can I order off of AMAZON??? DO THE CAR ppl install this? Is there a monthly fee or is it a one time purchase?
how did you power your 4 channel setup?

I dont think I'll add lte to the 2nd set due to $, so I'll leave front and rear to original 2 channel.
