I made this the other day… You’re right, the onion flavor really adds to it. It kind of tastes like an Asiago Bagel that I get from the bagel store… Only more flavor. Thank you so much! I need to try more of your recipes.
So far I have made 3 loaves of cheese bread and they are not as cheesy as I desire,or nowhere near as cheesy as the store stuff.I also find with added ingredients IE Cheese/raisins the ingredients are not evenly distributed The 1st one was not very cheesy so I more than doubled the cheese on 2nd loaf at the add ingredients beep.A mistake as it got real oily in there,so I had to pull it out and clean the bucket with a paper towel. It turned out ok, but it did not rise much, and as other cheese was more to outer loaf and not evenly distributed in the loaf .So 3rd try I decided to mix in shredded cheese into the dry flour before putting in the machine. Again it made a nice bread, but now I wonder where the heck did the cheese go? LOL There is no sign this is a cheese bread Maybe just double more cheese into dry flour? PS Do you have any advice on making quinoa bread in the Zoji?
If you really want very cheesy bread then please try to add some cheese chunks too, and see if it works out for you. I will look into the quinoa bread recipe and let you know.
@@BestTestedRecipes WOW what a great idea, chunks of cheese You made my old brain click when you said that because I used very fine shredded cheese I look forward the an update on quinoa bread Cheers
I kinda want to experiment with adding multiple ingredients. Adding Tomato onion soup. And add freshly chopped onions into it. The flavor will explode!
This is a great loaf. I sustituted tomato sauce for the water and a red wine rind parmesean and cheddar cheese together.❤❤ Yummy
Thank you for the feedback 😊
Looks good. I love the music in the background. It sounds Turkish.
Thank you
Yum!
I will try this one soon for sure… Thank you! 🙌
You should try it. This bread is very flavorful.

@leperlord7078 Just make sure you put small chunks 😊
Can I pour in cool off onion soup instead of plain water?
Good idea, I think it will add more flavor.
Give it a try

Try it, just make sure you add the same amount of wet ingredients/liquid
@@BestTestedRecipes definitely!
Does the onion cook slot in the dough or is it still crunchy? I can’t eat raw onion.
The onions become soft
what size loaf does this make............TIA
2lbs
How long does it take for the add beeps sound after you hit start?
It goes off about 45 minutes after you start the machine.
Zujirushi rests first 30 minutes then first kneading cycle starts. First keading cycyle ends in 10-15 minutes and then add beeps sound.
The REST cycle is designed to stabilize the temperature of the ingredients prior to kneading, and takes about 30 minutes.
It all depends on type of breadmaker you buy refer to manual
