-works with Hip and knee flexion
-very thin muscle
-ASIA to medial condyle of tibia
4.Tensor Fascia Lata 6:58
-Closely related to IT band
-Illiac crest to IT band
-Causes flexion, abduction and medial rotation
-Present on the lateral side
-Gives stability to the Hip joint
-when It band is tight it prevents adduction which is found out through obers test
-Snapping Hip syndrome where there is inflammation of trochanteric bursa
5.Secondary Hip 10:28
-Pectineus
-gracillis
-Adductor Magnus
Adductor longus
6.Flexion depends on position 11:05
ex. Gracillis
Hip flexion can be carries out with knee in extension but it wont act if knee is in flexion
