I enjoy your videos and organization. I have used your ideas in my shed. Novice carpentry skills here.
I enjoyed your video. I like how you customized it as you went along; lots of great ideas to use up wood 'scraps'. Thanks
Nice job!
I have an empty 10x10 shed just waiting to get pimped out.. Thanks for the ideas.
Blank slate - I love it! Good luck! Get creative and have at it!
Loved this, and the music choice was 👌
Nice addition. Thanks for the ideas.
Nicely done. Enjoyed the voiceover also.
Thanks!
I greatly appreciate you sharing your process for creating storage! Our garage walls are the same. What do you use to keep wasps and spiders away that's helping you keep it so clean?
❤ Thanks for the great ideas
My pleasure!
best video so far!!!
Thanks!
Awesome!
Why are you switching from an electric lawn mower to gas?
Thanks! Basically for more power. It struggles a little in the spring and fall and if the grass gets too tall. I'm going to get the Honda probably.
I'm looking at getting a shed in the spring and a standard shed comes with a 6' door but you can get a 3' instead. I noticed you just have a service door in your shed, do you think that's big enough? I could really use the extra 3' of wall space
So the shed I have has a service door and a double barn door. However, I have found that I only use one side of the barn door more times than not.
My shed is 30 years old. The plywood floor has never been sealed. Would you be able to recommend a stain to use for the plywood floor so that it sweeps up easier with no dust. Much appreciated
Good question. I'm not too sure what would work best in that situation. Maybe look for floor sealants from a flooring store? I bet a local flooring store could point you in the right direction. Thanks!
If I was you I’d just clean it off and lay some watered down pva and allow it to dry
If you had to make a guess..... How much weight do you think that loft would hold?
I wouldn't hazard a guess, but it's pretty strong. Thanks!
I am currently in the installation process with the loft. How tall is you headroom height below the 2x6? and do you wish the height room was taller or shorter than now? Thanks
Thanks. If I recall, the walls were 8' and the 2x6s were pushed up to the bottom of the top plates so maybe 7'6"ish headroom. Didn't feel too short or anything. It was a shallow roof pitch so pushing the loft up any higher would have really reduced the lofts capacity above. Good luck with yours!
@@justaddwood Thank you for the quick response. My thoughts were divided to the ease of removing items in the loft to the head height needed. I have 7 ft at the bottom of the 2x6. I analyze til I fossilize.
Thx Chad
LoveIt
What are your shed dimensions? great video!
It is a 12' x 16'. Thanks!
