    [ingredients]
    (Dough)
    250g strong bread flour
    110ml whole milk
    1 egg
    20g butter
    20g sugar
    3g dry yeast
    1g salt
    (filling)
    10g butter
    40g white chocolate
    [How to make]
    1. Knead the dough using a bread machine (primary fermentation)
    2. Mix the filling ingredients
    3. Divide the dough into 5 parts and roll them
    4. Leave the dough at room temperature for 15 minutes (bench time)
    5. Roll out the dough into a 20cm circle.
    6. Layer the dough and filling
    7. Place the dough on a baking sheet and shape it.
    8. Leave the dough at room temperature for 60 minutes (secondary fermentation)
    9. Bake in the oven 170-180℃/340-355℉ for 30 minutes.
