    Hello sir… I really want to start gym, because i have gained alot of weight and alot and my friends are shredded, and i want to make mascular body too…
    Sir I’m 20 years old.. And my weight is 88 kg. I don’t know anything about bodybuilding… what should i do? Do i need to lose weight before weight lifting or can i do both? And how much time will it take for me to look a little muscular?

      Hey thanks for your comment and questions. No you don't have to lose weight before starting weight training, you can start right away. With a smart approach (effective and sustainable) you can start seeing some visual progress from around 4-6 weeks, but don't rush the process my friend, be patient and take it easy. Rome wasn't built in a day
