    Man, you have done a terrific job with the Upper Body tutorial video.(One of the best i ever saw) Allow me to ask a couple of question, fi you dont mind: 1- How often, in your exepreicen could one performe this Upper body workotu? 2- How many workiing sets per exercises, would you advise? 3- For those how prefer a Full body workout and also cant go to the gym more than 3 times a week, is ok to use the upper body workout in a full body workout or would you decrease the total amount of Upper body exercises?(Example: only doing one pushing and pulling exercise per workout session) Thank you.       Thank you for comment and question. Considering the rest of your programme is designed well for you, 2 working sets to/close to failure for each exercise can be enough to see muscle gain progress.

      Of course you can. Just make sure you are using good form and avoiding technique mistakes.

      Yes, you can. Same principles apply. However, with a single dumbbell you will increase the core stability demands. Which is great but you just need to make sure you are still keeping your core stable with no sideways bending.
