    Awesome man good job! Im about to do this to my truck this weekend. Im not a car enthusiast but I am pretty handy. I do remodeling so yeah. But hardly work on vehicles. I usally take them to a shop to get oil change and what not but im gonna try this this weekend

      You're really wasting even more money not doing the oil change yourself it takes 15 mins when you get good at it.

      @@ROSSYDAVIS idk where you guys live but here in Arkansas i save $15 if i do it myself. Those $15 aren’t worth the time and mess to do it.

    Mine has like two weeks sounding like this I went to the dealer but apparently the belt is on back order. Hopefully it doesn’t mess up my truck

    About two weeks ago, i started noticing that my truck sounded like it had a super charger whine. It would be louder when first starting the truck. I purchased the idler pulley and a new belt. Hope it fixes the issue.

      I changed the idler pulley and belt. The noise is gone. It sounds like it did when I purchased the truck.

    How many miles were on your truck when you did this change? Looking at doing mine soon. Not quite squeaking badly yet but it's starting to make some noise.

    I done the same thing AC belt and drive belt. No my truck won’t even start. Did this happen to you

      I believe the belt was just wore out but I went ahead an replaced the pulley an belt

    GM is stupid for doin this....tensioner pulley and one belt. Keep it simple

    Sorry but unfortunately that doesn't fix it... It's just a getcha by until it starts squealing again
