How to improve LH to get pregnant 👇
LH stands for Luteinizing Hormone (LH) and it is a critical hormone to your reproductive system.
LH is one of the key hormones responsible for triggering your ovulation - if your LH is not where it needs to be, you’re going to have a much harder time pinpointing ovulation (the window in which you’re most fertile and more likely to conceive!)
It is also key to regulating your menstrual cycle, working in conjunction with other hormones such as follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and estrogen.
On today’s new episode of Fertility TV, I’m going to be sharing my tips for understanding and balancing your LH, so you can be sure it’s not stopping you from getting pregnant!

@EasyLifeGadgets. For three months I was eating baked meats salads baked sweet potatoes. An taking coq10 for egg quality and this was the month I literally said I'm okay not being pregnant and bought wines. I think the coq10 helped my egg quality an my husband had cut back on smoking a lot is the two things that I think did it for us.

I manage my stress by watching love or comic movies, or animal Chanels or simply going to my garden to pick out tiny weeds and watch seeds grow, it gives me so much peace.

My LH is 9.6, FSH 7, and my TSH is 2.58. I meditate, relax and read a book, get out in nature to handle stress.

Stress definitely caused an abrupt change in my cycles, including longer cycles, low LH, and high TSH. My husband and I were in a bad car accident in November 2023 and starting in January 2024 my cycles got all out of whack. I went from having regular 28 day cycles two cycles that were 40 days or slightly longer. my LH back in January on day three of my cycle was 5.5, then when I got tested again in March my LH dropped to 2 on day three. In addition, I had elevated TSH OF 3.6. I started getting very tired around the time of the car accident. After being on medication and thankfully ruling out Hashimotos with an antibody test, my TSH is improving already (2.9), and my cycles are gradually getting back to where they used to be! Thanks for this video. It was super helpful.

I am sorry to hear about your accident and the stress it caused. It can take time but you are on your way.

I started yin yoga recently and I was pretty skeptical but it totally relaxes me!
I start feeling like something is missing if I don’t do it in the morning 😊
I will do another hormone check soon with the fertility clinic. I hope to see better results 🫶🏽

Hello, I don´t understand it well. I tested on day 4 of my cycle, FSH 7.9 UI and LH 11.9 UI what should I take from this please? I was tested because I have ovarian cysts, but the endocrinologist said this was a normal ratio, that my LH would have to be much higher, so I don't have PCOS (androgens, thyroid and glucose were all fine). But unfortunately people's opinions vary a lot and I still don't know if I have PCOS or not :(. And at the time of testing, I definitely hadn't ovulated the previous cycle and I was very stressed. So it can be the reason of LH level? I would be very grateful for an answer, I don't know who to contact to find out more information and know where I stand.

My day 3 LH is 3.6 and FSH is 6.7, so it's not absolutely high but relatively. Is this a sign of DOR?

@aprilhunter1550 your most fertile days varies per individual however your most fertile days are typically CD10 - CD16 for a 28day cycle. LH would peak on CD 14 in theory.

Every women is different but 28th day is quite late for most women.

Are you kidding? I agree with the other comments, it varies from person to person but for a 28 day cycle the day ovulation is around day 14, give or take. You also need to evaluate your cervical mucus as well to when it's the most "egg white" in consistency. Sometimes body temperature goes up a degree as well.
...but day 28-32, depending on the cycle length is when many people have their period and ovulation does not occur at period time, it's usually around mid cycle on average.
