    I can relate to some of her story, including not being in a relationship, feeling blessed to still have my period, and not feeling at all like I am near menopause (I just turned 41). Wishing her all the best.

      I am happy to hear that your bleed has returned but I would suggest visiting your OBGYN to have a scan done.

    Hello doctor. Can you please give your opinion on ovarian stem cells? Stem cell therapy (putting bone marrow stem cells into ovary) seems to have worked for a few people. And fasting boosts stem cells. So can we conclude that normal amh/low amh people can improve ovarian reserve with fasting? That is considering the other days we consume a healthy diet with healthy fats, vit D etc

    What about fibroids?is it shrinking naturally or did surgery ??want to know more about fibroids

    • @ReginaMcNeish
      @ReginaMcNeish 6 місяців тому +8

      She said she had the surgery to remove them, that’s why she mentioned scarring...
      I had them and got rid of them naturally. I also had an ovarian cyst ( 6.9cm) along with it. They both went away with in a few months . I treated them like I had a candida/bacterial over growth and ate the right foods for my body and got rid of them. I’ve done it more than once. The medical field doesn’t acknowledge it but those issues are as a result of parasites (Candida, fungus, bacteria etc), they eat your nutrients that helps your body function correctly. Eat apple cider vinegar (with the mother), ginger, onions, garlic (any sulphuric vegetables), MSM, A LOT OF VIT C., glutathione, chlorella, activated charcoal, diatomaceous earth, to name a few (there’s lots more )ALL THROUGH the day. Stop eating carbs of any kind (yes even potatoes) because you will be feeding the parasites and you want to starve them. Work on your gut health (collagen, bone broth, gelatin etc), your thyroid and adrenal, pamper yourself and take lots of breaks. If you can stop working DO SO. This and having an intention of what you want to happen will make it go away and quickly. Good luck!❤

      May I suggest looking into vit D, iodine plus co-factors? Iodine and vitamin D deficiency seem to always be involved in fibroids and cysts. Dr Brownstein, Dr Ken Berry, Dr Elizabeth Bright have videos on this.

      @@Tschy88 I forgot to mention castor oil packs. Also ingest the castor oil. If you don’t like the taste just put it in a capsule. Take about 1TSP for 5 days wait a week and do it again (don’t expect to leave your house and stay close to the toilet). Do that on repeat to kill the parasites causing the fibroids. They are eating your nutrients and causing the body to develop the fibroids. Then start working on balancing out your hormones.
      Do not do all these things like you are working a job it will only lead to frustration and they will not shrink quickly or with out more frustration and stagnation.
      The fibroids AND parasites are there because of a deeper spiritual problem. Work on honing in on your feminine energy…. So cryptic I know, but basically if you feel rushed, pressure, and anxious ,work on reversing that by, working on your hips flexibility, do things you’ve been wanting to do that makes you giggle, and be kind to yourself (like you would the 2 year old version of you trying to figure things out). ❤️

    Hi Can you discuss issues where no yok sac or fetal pole is there early or cases it showed later. I feel like Gynocologists are doing a guessing game early in pregnancy while there are some that have seen rare cases and let patients know to wait. Others are too quick to give bad news. Staying pregnant is tricky too and doctors do not go deep into genetics and what causes fetal pole or no yok sac issue. Can you elabortate that plz?

    • @MarcSklarTheFertilityExpert
      @MarcSklarTheFertilityExpert  6 місяців тому +1

      I always suggest waiting before terminating a pregnancy. Sometimes development is behind, so we need to give it some time to progress.
