    Its inspiring to see a 61 year old who appears to be fit and taking care of his body. On January 1 , 2022 at 60, I looked in the mirror after the scale read 263 lbs. i was disgusted with myself. I decided i would not go on another diet but rather change my diet and exercise. On October 1, 2022, i was 190 lbs and i still am. I no longer live to eat. I eat to live. Take care of yourself so you can enjoy your retirement

      "I no longer live to eat. I eat to live" - That's the mantra most people forget in their life. The cause of all health issues.

    • @WilliamFluery
      @WilliamFluery Рік тому +2

      @@pathkris2984 thanks for your reply. I’m convinced the majority of health issues are the result of how and what we eat. I eat one BIG meal each day during 2 - 3 hours time-frame which consists of a big A$$ multi-vegetable salad with berries olive oil, balsamic vinegar and many spices, several sources of protein (eggs every day) and high calorie, high fat nuts (pecans, pistachios, walnuts). I also have an electrolyte drink and chew 7 nutritional yeast tablets. I take other vitamins too. I walk 8 miles every other day.

I did go on one of those well care appointments at Bumrungrad Hospital in Bangkok back in 2017 and was charged $1000 which included my treatment, but I think I was overcharged a bit. Next time I will ask in advance what the charges are. Love this topic.

    Great interview! My opinion on tge medical care in the US is it needs to be blown up and rebuilt. Insurance companies and big corporations running the hospitals for profit is the main reason US medical is so screwed up. Your guest was in the military, he may be eligible for the permanent resident visa where he only has to maintain $1500.00 in an account. Forget the acronym. SPRV Not sure. Take care!

    I do have a question for you….
    I was on the phone with social security today, changing my phone number because they locked me out of my account. Anyway, I can apply for my social security this coming February and the lady told me that I can not do that overseas….I have to travel back to the US to apply. That seems odd….all the folks you talk to, when applying for social security they all fly back to the US ??? That can’t be right can it ?

Another $800/month to do all of that. Been to BGC and Makati. $1500 easy including eating out every meal for me.
