They almost certainly will. With the roster size being what it is - adding them in the base roster only means that they would get shafted on the story mode. It's better for everyone for them to be DLC

Just as the original tenkaichi series if you have late Z goku and vegeta in the same team you'll get Vegito/Gogeta(Z).... if you have (Super) Goku and vegeta on same team you'll get (Super) Vegito and Gogeta... We already know Goku Black and Zamasu is already confirmed due to their fusion plus we saw Kefla before Kale and Caulifla was confirmed ...so im sure Vegito and Gogeta has different counterparts DBZ/DBS depending on which version of goku/vegeta

Well, It remains to be seen but I Believe according to Ndukauba, there is 82/164 Characters that have been revealed so far and I Believe that There is No Way they can Leave out SS4 Goku & SS4 Vegeta as well as SS4 Gogeta because IF All of The different Iterations of Fusion Characters as well as Transforming Characters are in The Game, Then, Why Not?

to be fair, the devs did take the Critiques from the second Trailer of Sparking and improved it as shown in the third one. i'd imagine they would take more comments regarding improvements during a Demo.
For anyone who missed it, Gogeta was doing big bang kamehameha in the trailer, so this probably more than likely confirms SSJ4 Gogeta. It only makes sense since he was a favorite in the other series. I guarantee all of the characters we had before will be in this current game.

Am i the only one that feels the animation for the game (while yes still a work in progress) is just a bit off.. even the proportions of the characters seem a bit morphed. Even Goku's model just looks like DBZ Kakarrot's Goku model
We might get an accurate look at the entire game thanks to the demo. These devs have been putting their souls into this! I have faith that almost every dragon ball fan will be satisfied.

That wasn’t Big Bang Kamehameha. The three super attacks Gogeta showed here was Stardust Fall, Meteor Explosion, and Ultimate Kamehameha.

GT DLC sounds fair to me. I feel like this game focuses on the events Akira Toriyama had involved on making.
