    Definitely the hardest scale for me is A Major, because I always struggle getting the transition between high G# and high A to be smooth.

    Which is most important for articulating upper register notes 1) embouchure or 2) quality of the flute. I play for personal enjoyment/peace of mind with an inexpensive flute.

      As long as the flute is in working condition, definitely your technique will impact more on the upper register notes. A better flute will make these notes a bit easier to come out with the proper high note technique. 😀

    Anything with high F# to G#. lol

      Practise A major two octaves if you want to go over high F# and high G#. 😀
