with the 45 mm do you have to stand very far away to get someone in frame if you're filming inside on a full frame camera?

Hey Emilio, love the smoke bomb! Haha. I know some reviewers were noticing a loss of contrast and a bit of softness wide open. Did notice it at all / correct it in post? Nice review.
Nothing was corrected in post. The footage was straight from camera. I didn’t see any loss of contrast and I can say that this lens has a nice contrast as well. Thanks for watching
ooh boi, you got me exited over this lens. But also great production value. Very clear and nicely paced review with good sample images. one question, is this lens parfocal? i know i has very little distortion like u said. And what do u think of the falloff? is it predictable? and bokeh looks great. Just need to save up for this lens and a decent follow focus. thanks! Liked and subscribed
Hello Nova. In general, a perfectly parfocal lens production is nearly impossible. In this case, IRIX lens I saw that it is nearly parfocal. They did a very good job for this price point. The falloff is predictable. Welcome to the channel and thanks for watching.

new to cine lens, does the metric or imperial marks make any technical differences or it's just for the user? got a good deal on a irix 30 mm but it's imperial not metric,
User experience . Lens performed the same
have you tried vintage lenses? If yes what is your opinion for video???
Not many, but the Helios 44-4 and 44-2 are great choices with a very unique character.
