I partially agree and also disagree. Yes showing that being a "lolicon" publicly is weird but also lolicon doesn't equal to PDF. Lolicons in general (the majority of them) are repulsed/disgusted of real children and only attracted to fictional anime ones. Personally i'm not gonna judge or jump on the gun if i see someone liking lolis as long as they don't have that attitude to real life children, they most likely won't but there can be a few bad apples like in every communities.
Japan, China and Korea doesn't have more "PDF" cases than any other countries, because over there they know what's real and what's fictional, this is why it isn't banned or illegal, because it's not a big deal. It's really a problem seen only by the west (especially Americans) who are making everything a bid deal because they can't separate fiction and reality. If playing and liking video games like CoD and GTA or watching gangster shows/movies doesn't make you a criminal that will start shooting at real people, then liking fictional loli anime characters is not gonna make you a child lover IRL. You can't double standard this, either you have none of those cases happening, or it's both majorly happening and then we should also ban violent video games or shows.
