Weakness or benefit? I mean....I get it - those with great genetics are "imposters" because they didn't earn the strength, respect, admiration, etc. to *the extent* that others did, but they still benefit from those things. Only they really know they're "imposters" and maybe they're not as healthy as they seem. But it beats being a natural weakling or fatty that gets those benefits only after they've worked harder for longer, sometimes years down the line. Most people want things easier for themselves. If they really wanted to feel they "earned" it more, they could just work harder and longer like the weaklings/fatties for self-satisfaction. "My parents passed down this house to me whereas others had to start from scratch. Oh no!" 😂

2 months after I first starting working out I already had visible abs and I still have abs to this day. With pull-ups, I can do 23 with no rest (with rest 26+). With abs, I think if you just stay consistent with physical activity then you will stay lean enough

Always thought I had amazing genetics at 5"11 and 1/2 this confirmed it. Thing is I dont wanna be like super buff, I like staying lean with some good mass but nothing huge or anything. Its easy for me, diet is a huge factor as well, and I took care of my hairloss caught it early with barely any loss. So full head of hair, sharp jawline, and fit, and my money situation is getting better and better. Whoever is reading this, both u and me are gonna make it homie. Best or luck.

I had wide shoulders slimmer hips.
But when I out weight I gain muscles lower chest and shoulders.
Now working out I don't have desired biceps but the body is like a armour and just flex the lats and enjoy the bruce Lee pose.
I can't over train but I train 3 times a day body weight and next day do same with weights.

For me, I'm almost always insanely peeled, even when there is nothing but sunlight in my bathroom, I look really toned. Also, back when I started training for pull ups, I trained for 2 to 3 hours each session and felt nothing afterwards.

I know I have good muscle building genetics. One of the most useful things was being trained by people that knew what they were doing. Highschool coaches didn't know much. A college wrestler turned body builder taught us the way.

I learned I have some insane muscle building genetics when I didn’t work out for months and I did around 10-20 something push-ups and my chests started looking more defined and my triceps looked more chiseled. I just gotta finally get into my era where I can focus on grinding and training instead of what I have to do now.
