Hey man got a 99 cruiser, had that problem a couple months ago. At least for me all I had to do was grab some Dexron VI automatic transmission fluid which also acts as power steering fluid. Mine was bone dry but once I added it sound went away and steering was back on track!!

It’s the tires on surface of the parking structure. All of my cars did that when I would get new tires. Has nothing to do with a Land Cruiser

Guys, I added lube to the ball joints, fixed her right up for another 6 months
