Great instructional video save for adjusting the pedal while it was live, if that screwdriver or socket driver slips bad things could happen.

The 213 Bernina pedal was subject to a recall due to potential over heating, Bernina dealers installed a thermal protection switch which is no longer available from Bernina but a matching switch can be purchased and installed. The noise suppression capacitor can be removed in most circumstances as there are few devices they will interfere with since we don't use tube radios anymore... unless you are me. Even then I have not observed any radio interference.
