@JD because a lot of people in the UK don't cook good food,. Its always been a thing with JO to get people off fast food and onto good quality home cooked food. Basically to try and get people to eat better quality and to enjoy making it too.

We have some pretty strong opinions on what goes into the perfect breakfast sandwich: English muffins and American cheese are non-negotiable. The eggs must be folded, not scrambled or fried, so the maintain their integrity in every bite. And sandwich without breakfast sausage isn't one worth eating. Happy hungry! Cheers, Domenico.

Is your hot sauce available inn the U.S.?? I have not been able to find it. The combination of ancho and cumin sounds so good. I’m a huge hot sauce fanatic (have over 200 kinds.) The sandwich sounds and looks so good.

I would make this using guacamole. Except using my version of guacamole. Take an avocado. Mash it with a fork. Add 1-3 tablespoons of green salsa Verde (it has the seasonings and lime juice already). Then season with salt and pepper.
