great job on your floor I am hoping you can help me with my floor about three years ago my wife and grandchildren bought me an intex seahawk 4 but before I got to use it I had a stroke and lost some of my figuring things out ability I have been working on the floor for two summers and don't have it quite right I have a ford focus and need the floor to fold in half every time I put the floor in the boat and blow it up the two seams pop up and one lies on top of the other my board is 92"s long and 29"s wide I did the tracing of plastic on the bottom of the boat I don't know if I did that right or not if its not to much trouble could you or one of your subscribers give me some advice on what I might not be getting right
Do you inflate the floor under the wood still though? After install. I know you inflate all areas of the boat but because the floor inflates I was just curious if the thickness of the wood prevent floor inflation.
I inflate the Floor first then I inflate the first chamber leaving the second one deflated so I can slide the floor in, and have no issues, them Inflate the second Chamber, engulfing around the floor for a perfect fit.

Hi what type of board did you use also what thickness
I just used chipboard, and 1/2 inch thick.
