These things are kinda strange. When you are at the point where you are strong enough to take these babies down, you don't need the ringpower anymore. So whats the point of these things/.
I think it is better for low spenders. Compared to other games whales don't get such a big advantage compared to low spenders. You cannot buy ressources, speed up troops (except returning ones). And the season system nullifies their advantages to some extent, too. You spent money to speed up constructing your buildings? Next season you have to start from 0 again anyway

Delete your low ring power tiles and get high ones once you run out of tiles

attacking within seconds doesn't help with pve...so don't struggle with it
Yeah it doesn’t make a difference except your first march is really weak
These are stupid easy. My Witch King solos both armies and then I send my siege army in twice to break the wall.
